Great video, and your choice of music was perfect! Very relaxing... I have a question as I am transitioning from dirt biking to quads... When riding trails like this, do you typically have your quad in 2WD or 4WD? I imagine for terrain that is rougher than this it would be obvious that 4WD is needed, but the terrain here seems to fall somewhere between an easy gravel (or dirt) road and a gnarly trail. Just curious to know what mode you would recommend for this kind of surface, because it's the type of riding I'm interested in. Thanks in advance...
Hey, thanks for watching. To get to this trail, head south at Huntington Reservoir on Miller Flat Road. About a 1 1/2 miles past the turn off to Potters Pond there will be a turn off to Indian Creek Campground. Take that turn off heading east. After 1/2 mile you'll come to a T intersection where you will turn right (south) onto FR 40. Then about another 1 1/2 miles you'll come to the turn off to Trail Mountain (Mud Spings), which is a continuation of FR 40. The trail then ends at Mud Springs. I didn't check the mileage to see how far that is but it took us a good couple of hours to get there, I think, from our last turn off. Hope you get a chance to try this trail. It is real pretty. Watch out for cattle as this is open range and we did see some on the road.
Great trail. Thanks for sharing.

I usually use 2 wheel drive. I only go into 4 wheels when the going gets somewhat sketchy.

Wonderful video! All on one tank of gas?? What kind of machines do you have? 😊
Thanks for watching. I actually made it on 3/4 tank. I'm riding an Arctic Cat TRV700. This is such a beautiful ride. Hope you get a chance to take it.
