    Great work. You inspired me to build a model like this.

    Question: By what distance are the two magnets separated? Also, is the bottom chamber completely sealed off from the outside ambient air? Could you replace the working fluid inside the piston chamber with something else, like hydrogen or helium (even those gases at higher pressures) to improve the transfer of work?
    Great work! :D

    Well done! Where is the crank for the displacer? Is there an internal wheel that is not visible?

    What does LTD stand for? Anyway, awesome engine!

      Oh, I found it, Low Temperature Differential.

      LTD means Low Temperature Difference. This LTD Stirling engine runs already with temperature difference of ca. 8 Degr.C between the top plate an the bottom plate. Merry Christmas and a positive New Year but stay negative !

    So what is the minimum Operating, Difference in Temperature Sir ?

    • @Stirlingmodels
      @Stirlingmodels  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The minimum operating TD is between 5 and 10 degr.C ,dependant of circumstances as place and (room) temperature , even the warmth of the breath can influence the hand warmth running!

      @@Stirlingmodels Good work Sir, I made this Low Temperature Stirling engine, operating at around 12°C 😏🙂.
