A childhood dream came true. I think I have become a Graffiti Artist, because I never wanted to grow up, and to be able to paint these characters, is unbelievable… And this is my biggest canvas so far - even if the canvas for DINO RIDERS was bigger, but we cut it into 5 pieces, so it was not my biggest canvas anymore…

Great video my little brother loved 80's Heman. I was a Thundar the Barbarian fan myself. I had the same problem you have with your work space sound. And we fixed it with a video on TH-cam. The guy got thrift store bath towels and stapled them to frames( like a canvas). We rigged then to the ceiling and no more echo! Keep up the good work.

I've seen all the cartoons and all the movies. you really outdid yourself on this painting. super dope 😎 you did the He-Man and skeletor classics for us old school fans and you did the new school ones which are pretty cool too. As a man who watched the original He Man when I was a child a long time ago I truly enjoyed this it brought back great memories for me so thank you for the trip down memory lane, what a fantastic canvas and a great show of your skills , I thought you might have to get out a brush for the little figures but your did fantastic, well done 🦄🙏🏽 and the sound was good see you next week
OMG..I legit cried. I love this from my childhood....so so much. I had to work this weekend and this legit makes all that 'explict content'
this is funny, because we did not even have a television - ok we had one as big as an iPad in the living room, but not with the channels that showed MOTU… so I never saw an episode, but I always loved to find these toys on flea markets… and I bought the skeletor that I still have for about 1$ and I loved him ever since… I also had some transformers… such a great toys…

I feel old. The figure designs aren't like the toys I grew up with, which I remember being more realistic than stylistic. But perhaps the ones from my childhood are now vintage/rare (again, I'm so very old), and they want fresh depictions anyway.
Anyway, lovely job. Looks amazing.
the „origins“ series is extremely similar to the old figures, just with more joints. They did not change that much… but of course the modern versions do not have that much in common… thx for the comment, Daniel! please stop being old 😂

Yes the dilemma of trying to be practical while having a nerdgasm painting a commission of a childhood favorite toy/ cartoon characters. Not sure you would of been able to paint an uncluttered mural with all four versions of each characters even if you went twice the length/ a little taller then say Rembrandt's painting, The Night Watch and get the painting done by the end line. Rembrandts painting was 3.63 meters x 4.37 meters (11'11" x14' 4") and you would probably take two weeks to complete a 4 meter by 8.74 meter mural. Good job🤘🤘🔥
