    I love your videos! Honestly you have been making me feel better, before knowing about your videos I was going through a really bad stress anxiety and depression.     Hi Rachel, I am currently dealing with bad anxiety, which has now caused lots of physical symptoms in the body. I found this to be really helpful and have started to do it daily. Are there any massage things I can do to help with fear and health anxiety, which will help me to become less fearful of bodily sensations? Thank you xx

    This felt nice thank you I do have like a hard knot or bruise on my upper shoulder blade I been icing it is that good?

      Ice can be helpful if it's a fresh bruise, or there's inflammation. Otherwise, I don't generally recommend ice. That said, everyone's different, so if you feel like ice is helping, go for it.
