never commented but i’ve been watching your videos since i was maybe 14 for anxiety and headaches, im 19 now and realized i need to thank u so much for these videos, they help me get out of my head and have been so valuable to me for years. when i start feeling headache aura i remember i could use a massage ❤️
Incredible, i was spiraling into a intense panic attack i just typed anxiety relief into the search bar and boom i now have a go to video when im feeling overwhelmed thank you so much!

I was having a terrible anxiety attack on work, my stomach hurt, I had a knot in my throat, I was starting to shake…😭 took a break to do this and now I feel like falling asleep, it relaxed me so much 😭😭😭🩷🩷🩷 thank you!!!!

It's best to first practice mindfulness and calming techniques when you're not experiencing heightened anxiety. You'll basically be training your body and mind for those tougher times.
