What the actual?!? I played this game when I was like 8 and only got to the final boss of the first world or something. Seeing my childhood game being completed so easily is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Incredible job.
i am 9.5 hrs in my first run through trying to 100% and watching this made me mad because there were several levels that took me more time than it took this man to beat the game
Lance Gifford the last 6 levels. Oh my god, the amount of time I spent on some of them. Must’ve been trying for days. The fact that this man just cheesed his way through boss fights that I put my blood, sweat and tears into... I remember getting so damn angry at the 2 last levels of this game...
It's probably designed to attack the most common locations a player will be in. so the attack pattern probably kills 80% of other player styles. and random attacks might make it easier or impossible. so an attack pattern which is good at killing people would be fine to have a big drawbacks
Hell is probably the easiest world next to the forest, and the boss is designed the same. Predictable, repeating attack patterns, it makes me think Team Meat made it easy on purpose.
@Minegamer Doesn't matter, it's not as easy as you think, there's a certain way you have to jump, and you have to hit shift in the correct timing, and it only works in the original version of the game anyway.

For those who don't know, the trick he is using to automatically jump is called a Pause Buffer You can do this by holding jump, pause, let go of jump, unpause. (This only works for Xbox, PS, Switch, Steam OGVersion but not Epic)
That is some incredible timing on hitting your space bar when meat boy hits the ground and that’s some incredible coordination with the arrow keys and space bar
Gotta love when most of the boss fight is just standing waiting for the boss to catch up lol. god tier gaming. his only fault is never on the hard parts just a tiny first jump, makes the levels look so easy. I could never have it in me to murder this game like this
That's a very clean run with just a few mistakes, congrats! I feel like finishing a speedrun is much more rewarding than just finishing the game as most of us do xD

I used to be able to beat super meat boy without dying back in the 360 days when I was a freshman in college. Now I'm playing it again for the first time in 4ish years and its still amazing and now I'm dying again. Its also the perfect game to end a gaming session with because the levels are so fast
I love how they actually put a lot of alternate ways to complete a level faster for people who have the balls to do it Also the tricks you to use a keyboard dont do it

@@idkxd9525 He skips levels because you only need to complete 17 in order to unlock the boss fights. There's no point in playing every level as it would literally be wasted time. He's likely only playing the shortest 17 levels per chapter.
Its a glitch in the game called pause buffer it makes you jump every frame. He activates it by jumping and in mod air pressing escape then releasing the jump button. This only works in the oh version though otherwise its patched
It's a bit of tech where if you jump and pause whilst still holding jump, when you unpause you will jump every frame. Essentially gives you frame perfect jumps
