Just a thought about what worked for me dealing with rats in my attic. I purchased an ultrasonic pest repeller on Amazon AFTER I caught all the rodents & sealed all the entrance and exit sites. The repeller has worked for the past 2 years.
Love watching your video's and show. We had rat's in the wall in my son's bedroom when he was little. The sounds of the scratching gave him nightmare's. He's 43 now and still talks about it.
As a new subscriber, I really love what the two of you are doing. I am like Borja, I cannot stand rats and snakes. I get nightmares whenever I see them even on TV.
Do so sympathise with having to do things over and over, we've had a similar experience without house! With glass cutting we've found the best way is to put a long thin piece of wood or something similar under the glass alongside the scored line and then tap, the fulcrum effect of the wood helps the break to be clean and even. But however it's done old glass is brittle and tricky and you are doing a great job! You may like to look up simplex hinges for your sash windows. It's a Scottish system that allows the lower sash to be converted to a casement for purposes of cleaning and maintenance and quite easy to fit. For the rats - a dog that's good at ratting, plus you can have desensitisation therapy, though doesn't mean you shouldn't get rid of the rats! So glad you rescued the hedgehog.

We will , thank you for thinking about us x
I bet those old windows have lead based paint on them. Please wear a breather mask when working on that wood.
We will try! Thanks for thinking of us 😊
Are you guys engaged??
We have been engaged for like 7 years 😂😂
@@mytinyestate invite us to your wedding please 🙏, love you guys and take care
soooooooooooo dramatic! its a rat. your bigger than you......
Can’t help it 🤷🏽♂️ you are welcome to come and deal with all of them for us 😂

Why don't you replace the windows one each month. There is no sense in trying to repair those old windows. It seems like a waste of your time and you could be working on some of your other projects.
Unfortunately as terrible as they look they are protected so we are only allowed to repair them 😬
I could deal with everything but the f’ing 🐀 rat!😳😬🫣🙋🏼♀️
Hahaha I know!!
It’s Toads for me 🐸😭
We have some of those too🤦🏽♂️
