Oh please, I’ll do it. I’ve removed a large living snake and found dead field mice in a friend’s place. Gloves, trash bag, and a small shovel.

I got a wild hair once and insulated my crawlspace with pink fiberglass. Man did it make for warm floors. Then the house was rented out for a while and the renter told me late in the game about the rats that had invaded the crawlspace. They loved all that insulation, even tho eventually it would suffocate them. After my tenant moved out, I went back into the crawlspace (literally crawling) and rolled up all that insulation that was wet with rat piss and now and then I'd feel a hard spot of a dead rat body buried in the insulation. Couple dozen bags. Longest hot shower I ever took! And I live with cold floors now.

Oh dear….l certainly would be making a cup of tea or 20! You are both a hoot.. l love the way Borja stays away from the rat…l certainly would prepare dealing with spiders!!! We have red back spiders here in Australia. You need some Glen 20 Antiseptic Spray. 🤗🌳💐

Do you ever put in bathroom exhaust fans?

To protect windows while painting, you can use masking tape, lip balm, Vaseline, or a masking liquid. Example: for a cheap and easy method . Apply a generous coat of lip balm or a thin coat of Vaseline with a cotton swab or your fingers Wash off with a dry cloth and some window cleaner after the paint is dry Use of a Masking liquid: use a special made liquid latex material that you can brush on the edges of the glass Let it dry to a gel finish, then paint Use a razor blade to slice the gel away from the glass after painting

So funny! This will look so good when we see it finished. You deserve to have somewhere comfortable to retreat to after all the hardwork you put in to renovating!

OMG🤢🤢🤢 I am with you Dean, maggots are WORSE than a furry dead thing!!! Yuck!!! I 😂😂😂 died at Borja's reaction!!!🤪 My husband is 6' 245lbs and he is a civil engineer, He has been building roads for 30 years and I swear he is going to die by slipping in the shower because there is an itty bitty spider and he's going to be so freaked out and scared that he slips and hits his head and cracks it open in the shower. He is the 'big burly man' and at barely 5' tall, I am the spider killer LMAO!!!

When you do the tours could you just pop on the screen in a box top right the paint colour and co details perhaps? The obvious things like wallpaper and paint colours. Not the more intricate details. Even the supplier for the light switch would be interesting.

Don’t think you’re supposed to vacuum up mouse or rat dropping (Hanta Virus) the vacuum makes the virus airborne …. Use a proper mask and then the vacuum is basically ruined !?!?!
