I find that to not be true. If i picture the dumbbel moving instead of my arm or their arm moving during arm wrestling I find it easier. Similar to meditation and using your breath as an anchor.. could easily shift that into gaming for the added benefit of eliminating the chance of tilt aswell. More mindfulness and positive self talk for focus.
Wow, I always considered that mindfulness could provide you an extra edge when it comes to performance. Turns out what I was being mindful about needed some tweaking. This insight is much appreciated!
I wish my aim would be good instantly. With how long ive spent practicing over the last 8 years i deserve good aim always by now but instead i get inconsistency, regression & sudden skill loss. When i try to get an explanation or how to prevent it i get ignored or cant find any answers bc modern search engines are incapable of returning the slightest accurate result
have you tried restarting? like finding a new sens and working your way up from there? sometimes you might find a dead end doing something like in a maze so you have to retrace to the beginning and try again fresh
i personally do think that i am quite good in aiming but i realized that i dont Focus on anything when aiming, i will start to and hopefully improve further.
As a player that understands that the pro players we know today climbed up in such a slow pace, these videos should be a need for all the players that want to level up faster and smarter
I can say that I’m good in 1vs1 because mainly for win is about your aim so about this I don’t really have a problem but I do have when I’m in a match there are too many things to consider at the same time and my focus go away after few minutes I have dyslexia and I wonder how much it affect in gaming. I have watched all of your videos many was giving me the answer of why I was bad in something and indeed I was good after but with the time I forget and so I had to go and see them again for remember but now I forget again… maybe I’m asking something that’s not really about your channel but could you do a video for who is dyslexic? And how we should approach different or in other ways. An answer would be a lot appreciated bye and thanks :)
fantastic video. thank you very much. very well done very inclusive to all aiming games. fantastic. im a dart player. video ganmer. aim is essential for the every day all day every week all year. so this was interactive and well narrated. honest. suggestive towards the audience. and empathetic. i dont write shit like this ever. cheers. no grammar needed. just quick comment necessary.and your outro gave me enough time to write all this too,
@@miguelpereira9859 ah tracking, not for tac shooters, where we have to go for headshots for most kills, at that point you have to look at your crosshair to be precise for the head or you will over flick or just hit a body shit.
@@whiteplanta7209 been a while but I tried to do what you did and the reason it does not work is because of human kinetics. Because the target will have higher amplitude and lower width it will be of insane difficulty especially with indirect control over a mouse. At that point the target as a whole would be the better option. On aimlabs especially when playing something like sixshot you cant get away with concentration on just targets you can on something like gridshot cuz the targets are so big. Just try out different methods and see which one works the best but generally just focus on the crosshair.
Focus on your target. If you focus on your reticle, you're telling your brain that you've already arrived at the object of focus since your eyes are following your reticle. If you focus on the target, you're telling your brain to align the reticle with the target, and since the reticle is a fixed location on your screen, your body will move accordingly to adjust
For one thing, focus on the location you want to place your crosshair. A big mistake people make is that they focus on their crosshair, what you should be doing is to focus on your enemy's head or something and let your arm/wrist make the motions to align your target with your crosshair
Not trying to throw any hate but i fell like most of your videos are just entertainment, then you sell out your own stuff, don't get me wrong this is costructive critisicm some of your videos are gold but I can't pay that much for coaching and that stuff.

I haven’t been playing video games but still will watch because your content is great and keeps me hooked
That melts my heart. Glad you still love the content!
Thanks bro, u r literally the best fps coach 💯❤️
here's a comment for algorithm coz you deserve more
So basically flow state. Don’t think, just do. Just apply everything to accomplishing the single task at that time and point.

Testing out the new style, let me know if you think it works!

Focusing on the crosshair is a bad practice. Always prioritize focusing on the target you are trying to shoot at
Terrible advice.
