There is a flaw in ur "Ringer" theory. The flaw is that there are 5 other ppl on ur team that u do not know and even tho u tell them the correct thing to do in a situation they dont listen bcuz of pride. Most americans are like this. Eg. King's row defense this morning: hero bans are phara, sym, zarya and lucio. We are running roadhog, rein , bastion, brig, mercy and tracer. I suggest we take the high ground and road falls to contest if need be. The guy who is playing brig.. is playing brig so he suggests stay on low ground. The other team is running Rein, ash, soldier, orissa, moira and mercy. First push the bastion dies but we got the kills to win the team fight. Second fight we all on the low ground and soldier 76 is on high ground uncontested. My teammate suggest we ignore soldier and focus on the ground troops.... mind u by now he has the backing of the entire team with the exception of myself. The soldier builds his ult in 30 seconds killing half the team with free uncontested damage. How do u get ppl to understand concepts such as high ground control, coordination of targets, and for everyone not to focus the biggest target bcuz 1 they can't kill the tank bcuz the healers are pumping all resources into him and 2 bcuz they giving the healers ult charge every fight which ultimately costs us the team fight. Meanwhile a junkrat is spamming bombs and killing the entire team before we can even get the kill on the main tank. Worst yet, he has RIP tire for the next fight. U can't control 5 other ppl , especially on NA servers. And the difference between platinum and gold seems to be the difference between top 500 and gold bcuz once ur rank is above the person trying to tell u the right thing u automatically get ignored.
He couldn't. He could bring 5 noobs to the pro level, but those noobs have to be intelligent to begin with. Most (if not all) bronze players simply won't be able to understand the advanced concepts of the game even after they are explained to them, let alone be able to emulate those concepts in real time.

Creativity and thinking outside the box has helped me. Experimenting in every situation to experience what changes opponent's decisions and how that can affect the game. Practicing different techniques thousands of times and asking where how and why those techniques are affective. Quality is more important than quantity. And I’ve found also it’s better never pondering on decisions you’ve made in the past. These are things that’s helped me to improve. Hope it helps you guys to!
I primarily play Siege, and I saw the most improvement when I started blaming myself for losing. It's really easy to complain about why an enemy is sitting somewhere stupid, or to blame team mates for not pulling their weight, and I did this for much too long. I was gold for about a year, because I played the game for fun and only stuck to casual. I finally got a PC two months ago and decided it was time to stop using the controller as an excuse for being bad, mainly because I no longer had one lmao. I got sens I was comfortable with -and didn't just copy a pro's, I started aim training, forced myself to play ranked, and find a team I worked well with. We were decent, but I was still floating around Gold 2. I got invested in everything Pro League, both in the game, and the people behind the camera. I got to see how to run strats, as well as why to run certain strats. I told my team that we need an IGL because doing our own thing doesn't work, so I stepped up and took command, and we became coordinated for once. By droning people in, I saw the people sitting in dumb spots, which then turned into free kills. By working together, we were all at fault when something went wrong. Together we climbed from Gold 2 to Plat 1 in a couple short months. I realized that a big part of excelling in any game is realizing that you're on a team for a reason, you're not supposed to fly solo. Find a team that suites you, and improve together, it makes the end goal so much better when you still have the same friends, but now you're all insane.
Thanks for sharing this. I also have something like this happening to me: I'm playing support (Ana) a lot and ever since I've told myself "this is your fault, you lost because of you, get better" I can literally see the difference on my performance; I'm landing critical sleeps, really important grenades, unscoped and scoped shots.... yeah, I can attest to this, it works.
Now you depend on your team which isn't great. You developed team work which works very good, but you will realize that if you encounter a solo queue plat/diamond player, he alone could crush your team.
Wow!! This is gonna be helpful now I rather gonna find new friend that are wanting to take the game seriously and the most important don’t blame on stupid things that I have been doing in my gameplay
@@frostinfy169 Siege is a team based game, you're not supposed to play solo and carry the team. Also, it's not relying on your team when it's their job to give call outs on cameras/drones, and ping things. This is common sense that isn't so common when you solo queue, which is why it's necessary to have friends that do those things. Last thing, I was already high plat/diamond elo before I stopped playing last month, so I doubt a good player that's solo queued is gonna crush us, especially when we're used to playing plat, diamond, and champ stacks.
100% yes, and I'm a nerd myself, well I really don't care about having the best grades anymore because I found it really irritating to try hard when the one who cheat there way to the Top get better grades than me, so for me it's a meh, it doesn't matter really unless you want to be professor or have a better status compared to a normal teacher, than sure
I’ve been doing this routine for awhile and yea it’s true. It works, stay focus, keep that consistent mentality and you make your destination. Same goes with life
I was having some crazy mental blocks that kept coming up during our final moments in Warzone. After finding your channel and watching/studying your videos I already can see major improvements and started to clutch it when it counts more consistently. Thank you so much for your content keep it going! Definitely sharing your vids with all my team mates and looking forward to seeing you grow!
This video while directed at people who wish to be pros at the games that they play, this routine can be completely directed to any field or subject that people wish to improve on. Personally I find that this sort of training can help in learning anything from languages to physics, its all about methodical training and determination to improve
I just found this channel and it’s exactly what I needed. Current overwatch SR :3350 💎 Peak overwatch SR: 3681 Goal SR :4000 I’ll update when I make any significant progress.
Listening to an experienced coach sharing all this information on how to reach top 1% level of skill of a game in a short period of time is very nice. Thank you for interviewing him.
Bro this video was an amazing idea and something I’ve wanted to know the answer to for a long time. Always wondered how much time, effort and what type of things it takes to get the best progress out of what you have.
The same studies apply to physical activities like parkour or exercise in general. The WHY'S Jayne talks about is huge! The whys are the entire reason I have a job as a personal trainer at a coach! If I could get into training/coaching Esports athletes that would be killer because I'd be mixing Two Worlds I love!
reviewing my own gameplay actually made me a better player pretty quickly. it just significantly increased my game sense, awareness and just in-game IQ in general. I tried to compare my game with the pros and spot the things that i should've done or shouldn't have and try to mimic their thought process in clutch situations. but before all else, you must really have a routine and stick to it. for me i wake up 6am then do 100 push ups or any other excercise and then eat healthy. then at around 9am i start my warm ups from aim-training(or any in-game mechanical stuffs) to strat reviews to 1-2 warm up (solo)matches. i then wait for my friends or look for other serious people who wanna play. also, i record all of my matches and try to review them but sometimes i just end up nitpicking my highlights :D i guess that's the one thing i have to change lol.
I am not a gamer, but I have recently become hooked on a competitive third person shooter on the ps4. These videos have been invaluable as someone who has little to no experience playing any kind of competitive video game. Re-watching my games has shown me how terrible my aim is, I once went an entire round and didn't land a single shot, sometimes I place highest damage. No Idea how to play consistently. Until now the only video game I ever played was Blood Bowl, and while competitive it doesn't exactly require cat like reflexes or trained muscle memory.
@@eathletelabs Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for this vid again, I'm working as the schedule goes, I feel much better about myself and my performance on the game, it's only been 2 days but so far I've actually seen improvements!

I Hit the top of the ladder in League of Legends around 2014-2015 and hit the top of the ladder on TFT last year. I always played part time because of my focus on my heavy studies, and I feel very nostalgic about playing against proplayers every day. Everytime I come back to League, I noticed I took about 2 to 3 months to relearn all the game changes and get to build up a great muscle memory and mindstate. Games are the place I go to release stress and steam. You just motivated me to leave the casual gaming again, I just wished I had more spare time to do so. I'll do a 2 month challenge in either TFT or Maybe Brawl Stars. Cuddles from Brazil 💜
I finally learnt this over the course of the last days in the games I tried to go Competitive on… “If you’re Too Obsessed with getting the High Rank… then, it’s gonna Cost You, and it’ll be even more of a friggin Grind than it was before.” On top of that, my job of me working Nights too, plus… I actually have another passion being Art and Drawing. So… I can’t do all of it at once, so one thing has to be Sacrificed in order to do the other two. Much like those Templates of a Choice: * Competitive Gaming * Art * Hotel Business Job One of these… has to go.
I thought I was going to learn how to quickscope. Instead, I got very eye opening, passive aggressive scolding on how to, and The REAL "why", to get better at my music production

Good night, I'm 35 years old, and I love playing Warface, this course could help me become a Warface pro player, since it is a game that I love and would like to become competitive.
My idea of this strategy for League of Legends (Jungler) Plan and Review: Learn from previous mistakes and practice your clears etc on practice tool or even normals. Watch vods of pro players on specfic jungler you want to play. Action: Play ranks and make use of the plan in the morning. Final Review: Download your replays and watch them look at mistakes and potential plays. Anything else? Gonna try this approach from now on. Want to reach Diamond from Gold by May.
Did my Extended research qualification (thing in the uk)on growth mindset and every thing you said about the state of improving is in line with what I read too. Congrats, well researched!
I did something similar when I was climbing and improving faster than I used to. Go into a game with a plan, take notes, review. Fuck lp and focus in improving and your own mini goals, never duoq, and so on.
One thing, you gotta do examples please! e.g. How to plan within a game ‘Fortnite’ or ‘Csgo’ and then like one little example for it. Not how to set it out, but an example or two of how you have to plan for that specific game. I hope that helps in your future videos!
I'm trash at CSGO, but for Fortnite you need to find a spot to land and stick with it. You need to practice dropping there from any direction, and have a route to run depending on where zone is. You want to maximize loot and location in zone first, whether that's going someone populated in the middle and fighting a lot, or dropping somewhere secluded and hoping for good loot/zone. Populated places have better loot and are closer to zone, but secluded places are hassle free, but you might be struggle getting to zone when people are waiting inside and you're in storm. I haven't been in a tournament in months, but you should be practicing in Creative so you don't stress about fighting people. Anyone who's good will know if you're confident in a fight or not, and if they see you missing edits and stuff, they'll jump in your box and destroy you. You can apply everything said in this video, but Fortnite has a lot more factors than just aim and game sens. You'll have to tweak the practice depending on what needs work, whether that's building, editing, aim, zone rotations, when to push for height, when to fight someone, when to not fight someone, etc. Hope that helped a bit, that's what worked for me months ago, I would imagine it applies still
I also think natural talent plays a huge part in gamers, and although that can be quite annoying it really is the truth. For example, when shroud was starting to play r6s he got to plat1 almost diamond rank in just a month or 2, and one of his subscribers said something like, I dunno how you can get a higher rank then me in just a month of playing, whereas I have 2+ years of play time and I’m stuck in plat3.
@Ehday It really is the truth, if people were to follow this training 2 months down they will "maybe" improve and if their growth hits a plateau and In my opinion everyone that's played games since they were kids have already hit their limit and won't be able to improve. I've played so many FPS for many years and would think I'd be good enough but nope, take L's in every competitive game. It's not even a matter of training "right". Game sense comes with time not with practice. Aim is mostly genetic with some training/game-sense. The truth is that talent carries people, if someone were to do this 2 months training for years nothing would change much. But, their really is nothing to do than just accepting it. We need to see someone who's genuinely untalented rise to a pro level to put an end to the talent vs hardwork argument but till then, you need talent.
Implemented this thing so I landed on master silver the first time I played csgo, after a week I was in Nova 1, 2 weeks after Nova 2, after a week im in Nova 3, A month later I am in Nova Master, sadly Covid-19 came and havent played CSGO for 3 weeks already and it makes me sad. Hopefully soon, i'd be able to go back to gaming.
I have been recently committed to being competitive in osu! The reason is, because, it's something i legitimately enjoy playing, and i want to get better at it to appreciate and enjoy it more in different ways, and even if i don't like become the best of the best, in the end i want to prove to myself that achieving personal mastery will get you pretty far.
Hm, so morning's physical exercises, a healthy balanced diet for your meals.... And so, in the morning, learning and experimentation begins. Then you review your findings.... After this session, you can start what you have learned into practice, and put your best efforts into the challenges of ranked plays (or something close if you are not eligible for ranked play yet). After putting all this effort and starting to get fatigued, it's time to check what have you accomplished that day, and find out what were the weak points you have reached..... Sounds like a good plan to me!
would u be able to do a vid on ideal weekly meal plans for this sort of schedule? with budget and time to cook/prepare taken into account (preferably like one mass cook then freeze/fridge for the week)? also i live on an island so some things rnt available so if u could provide alternatives with like a ranking for "most ideal" to "if u really have no other options" then id really apreciate it. ive been subbed for maybe a 1yr&1/2 - 2yrs and have implamented smaller things to my routines and have found they really help and i want to go all in with this (scheduling around work but ive got pretty good hours so im confident i can make it work) all good if it takes a while to make, i have meal plans atm they just rnt optimal, they r more like some brain food with body builder type stuff, but if u can make a vid on this i would greatly apreciate and if not, i still apreciate all ur vids up to this point and in the future. also idt it matters but i play cs p.s idt the bell works coz i never see ur vids in my notifications, but they r usually at the top of my feed, if im doing something wrong with the bell (its on all) i really want notifications from this channel so if someone knows y, would greatly appreciate insight
DaemoN just look up any meal prep video for lifting weights and that should be good. Eating healthy food is no different in any other sport, or esport for this matter.
We will have an upcoming video on diet - it will be the first of many, so this might be a great topic to do a video on in the future. Thanks for the idea!
Maybe make a video about breaks. Is breaks inbetween exercises better than not taking them? And should we instead do for example 5 intensive "sets" and 1 - 2min breaks after every set and after the last one a bigger break like 5min before you go to the next exercise instead of 10min of aim training and then hopping instantly into a deathmatch?
guys i did it and its not that complicated i am a support who grinded fro plat to gm and for every support player here are all the steps you'll ever need and you dont need to have a good diet or anything like that. step 1: Watch the pro player twilight step 2: really look how he's using his abilities step 3: roll gms He is the best player to learn from because he doesnt have the greates mechanics out of all the flex supports but is still considert the best
Question some rich people say they did it only for the money that was there main motivation that money was enough to bring them to do really hard Stuff every day so my question is do you think things like fame money or power is enough to motivate someone to be the best?
I think these things are innately motivating factors, especially if they are things you lacked in your upbringing. But in no case are they the only thing that motivates someone - usually, there are other factors like social influence, role models, love for the game etc.
What about getting to the top 1% of the 1% of ladder? Top 10% of 1% is a pro and then it's 1% of 1% that are the really elite players that make esports montages. There is a huge gap in OW between a low GM and someone on the first page of T500. And there are other gaps between someone in Top 10 and someone who has LAN experience. How long does Jayne think it would take for him to get a 4-4.1k player to 4.6k? Or a plat to 4.4k?
I want to start of saying great job, truly the best channel for improving gaming ability and I thought that it would be useful for the schedule to be written out (although some things are left out I got the key Ideas in here and I urge you to watch the video first) but here is the schedule. Why do you want to do what you want to do example, I want to be better at gaming than other people because I want to be better than I was before Phase 1 (Mornings) (2 or more hrs.) Healy diet and physical activity’s Planning and reviewing reviewing lesson from previous training and setting clear goals for what you want to practice that day then putting those goals into action, fixing mistake, honing specific skills, and focusing on improvements and experimentation rather than worrying about your performance After a few hours (2 or more) of this it’s time to stop and review the results (journaling about what you learned that session and what you want to focus on in the afternoon) Phase 2 (Afternoon)(2-4 hrs when mental fatigue kicks in) Get into Action You’ll put your morning lessons and experimentation into action during ranked games switch aim from working on new skills and experimentation towards achieving maximal performance Final review (when mental fatigue starts to kick in) Go over the footage of the games you just played breaking down what happened, what went well and what didn’t and what you want to start working on in the following days Just look for improving(don’t set arbitrary goals)
So in CSGO how would my morning block and afternoon block look like, would I just be conscient of what I wanna improve in the afternoon games, when am I supposed to exclusively practice my aim?(During the morning?)
In the morning you should try to go for aim training and granades plus on maps if you are not familiar with some maps. I had this bizzare aim improvment when i killed 1000 bots with m4 or ak and after try to go with usp and glock kill about 250 bots.
This is a late comment but you should practice at night before you sleep so it’s fresh into your mind and your brain processes it better and probably faster as well ass you don’t want to fatigue yourself throughout the day of practice It does depend on the person though as I practice 5K bots a day and don’t feel very tired but others can barely play after it so it should be whatever is best for you
agreed. There's too much variance in mechanics to get consistent enough for GC in that short of a time period. Everything you do in the game is mechanical.
I got LEM from Silver Elite in CS:GO in 3 months. I have similar but not that well organized approach. It definitely is possible to be even 1% I am just not as well organized from the beginning.
just a friendly reminder, all of this is done in sports and esports and come to show big improvements over time so this is not fake if anyone thinks that
Yeet i went from bronze to mid diamond in a few seasons, one way to get out of silver is to find a stack of people to play with regularly who play characters that go well with the ones you play and just combo your ults all game. Let’s say you play Ana, find a genji and just Nano him every blade, or if you play dva, find a monkey or rein player, if u play Ashe find a mercy, etc. using ult combos is EZ mid gold at least just by doing that
review vods of high level players and imitate what works for them when they choose to play selfish. take notes ontop of that limit your hero pool to lessen what you have to learn. also remember to use your avoid slots as those can get you tons of free wins.
Idk 10k hours for mastery and 1k hours for competency is what I find but this will definitely accelerate your performance. Also playing just to play will never be the answer you have to train and brain all the time.
@@ciyma here is my example most CSGO pros have 8k hours and that includes idle time. The majority of people with really good mechanically abilities will pick up most games and be really close to the top of their performance at about 1k hours.
Yes I strive too become a pro player for personal growth. The reasons I can't say much but I will say that I will NEVER go back to my old lifestyle. Becoming Pro is Do or Die
naw, you can shorten the game times or maybe just not eat breakfast, but if youre really determined to do it, you could totally do it. i literally have the same schedule as you except its on the early part of 5am
the skill gap between pro players and high ranked players are big. even as a t30 peak tank player I don't even come near the pro players. They are on a whole other level.
It's doesn't matter if you haven't a good device. Bcoz in pubg,an iPhone noob can beat good/avg Android pubg player.its doesn't matter how much days/months you have spent in training+arcade+TDM.I.e I hate to be in this position. In between,It's a nice and fully explained video #Esports

Yes, maintaining 4-5 hours of high-quality practice is manageable alongside a full-time job or school! Just make sure the time you spend playing is very purposeful.

I did this exact same thing and now I’m almost plat 2, stick with it
Thanks for sharing this.
Can i use this method in studying because my rank on unviersity is pretty low
Yes actually.
yes just replace the gaming part in this videos schedule into studying
Yes but the only problem is to motivate yourself. People find it difficult to do this.
Yeah, yeah it can
I’ve been doing this routine for awhile and yea it’s true. It works, stay focus, keep that consistent mentality and you make your destination. Same goes with life
Yo I love the fact that Jayne came up and helped with this Jayne actually helped me reach top500 in ow
Hard to deny how knowledgable he is!

Ngl guys, I had the urge to play this game after watching the vid but I stopped playing it after like a week. So nothing came out of it lol.
Listening to an experienced coach sharing all this information on how to reach top 1% level of skill of a game in a short period of time is very nice. Thank you for interviewing him.
I love how this relates to not only esports but literally life itself
Best TH-cam channel ever.
Glad you think so!!!
Bro this video was an amazing idea and something I’ve wanted to know the answer to for a long time. Always wondered how much time, effort and what type of things it takes to get the best progress out of what you have.
I hope this helped answer some of your questions. Hopefully we can address the topic even more in upcoming videos!
What game do you wanna be good/a pro at

This is a bad routine
I am not a gamer, but I have recently become hooked on a competitive third person shooter on the ps4. These videos have been invaluable as someone who has little to no experience playing any kind of competitive video game. Re-watching my games has shown me how terrible my aim is, I once went an entire round and didn't land a single shot, sometimes I place highest damage. No Idea how to play consistently. Until now the only video game I ever played was Blood Bowl, and while competitive it doesn't exactly require cat like reflexes or trained muscle memory.
I'm quarantined so might as well reach top 1%
TWO MONTHS!? EVEN IF IT TAKES 2 YEARS, I"M IN!!!!!1 :D
btw so happy to finally see a new video from you :D
I'm taking notes from all of these schedules. See you guys when i went on gm and became a flex dps god :D

Thank you! Hopefully you won't have to wait that long for the next one!

I finally learnt this over the course of the last days in the games I tried to go Competitive on… “If you’re Too Obsessed with getting the High Rank… then, it’s gonna Cost You, and it’ll be even more of a friggin Grind than it was before.”
On top of that, my job of me working Nights too, plus… I actually have another passion being Art and Drawing. So… I can’t do all of it at once, so one thing has to be Sacrificed in order to do the other two.
Much like those Templates of a Choice:
* Competitive Gaming
* Art
* Hotel Business Job
One of these… has to go.
Been waiting for a while now. Thank you guys!!!!
I appreciate the patience! :)

Honestly they are right. It's all about putting time & effort. Before Quarantine I was a hardstuck high Masters player but now that I have pot more than TRIPLE the time I've put in the past Ow Seasons I just didn't get 1 account to Grandmaster but I already am on my 4th account & I'm still trying to bring up another account I just made. Put time & effort people💪🏻, I mean who wouldn't want to live from playing video games¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Good night, I'm 35 years old, and I love playing Warface, this course could help me become a Warface pro player, since it is a game that I love and would like to become competitive.
My idea of this strategy for League of Legends (Jungler)
Plan and Review: Learn from previous mistakes and practice your clears etc on practice tool or even normals.
Holy Thx! Waitet again soo long and your Videos are so Helpful!!

Did my Extended research qualification (thing in the uk)on growth mindset and every thing you said about the state of improving is in line with what I read too. Congrats, well researched!
I am so glad that this appeared on my feed.!
I love it and I want to help my mom and dad to put them in a better place
Hope that helped a bit, that's what worked for me months ago, I would imagine it applies still
Thank you for this video, it not just for gaming but for a lifestyle lesson, and I wish I knew about this years ago.
my uni assignments : I'mma end this man's career
Every video of yours always motivates and hypes me up.
It sounds like they're having the effect we're aiming for!! :)
Glad to see u still grinding and improving brother. All qaulity.
Love every video, thanks again!
Not a problem! Hope you learn a ton!
@HipsterSnake That is true, too bad I have a crappy pc here that can run 30fps CSGO HAHAHHA
Sounds like a good plan to me!

would u be able to do a vid on ideal weekly meal plans for this sort of schedule? with budget and time to cook/prepare taken into account (preferably like one mass cook then freeze/fridge for the week)? also i live on an island so some things rnt available so if u could provide alternatives with like a ranking for "most ideal" to "if u really have no other options" then id really apreciate it. ive been subbed for maybe a 1yr&1/2 - 2yrs and have implamented smaller things to my routines and have found they really help and i want to go all in with this (scheduling around work but ive got pretty good hours so im confident i can make it work) all good if it takes a while to make, i have meal plans atm they just rnt optimal, they r more like some brain food with body builder type stuff, but if u can make a vid on this i would greatly apreciate and if not, i still apreciate all ur vids up to this point and in the future.
also idt it matters but i play cs
p.s idt the bell works coz i never see ur vids in my notifications, but they r usually at the top of my feed, if im doing something wrong with the bell (its on all) i really want notifications from this channel so if someone knows y, would greatly appreciate insight
DaemoN just look up any meal prep video for lifting weights and that should be good. Eating healthy food is no different in any other sport, or esport for this matter.
We will have an upcoming video on diet - it will be the first of many, so this might be a great topic to do a video on in the future. Thanks for the idea!
Great video I made alot of notes. Thanks guys.
Hope you learned a lot! :)
THERE IS NO WAY! ILY!
I hope you loved the video!
A well of useful information that can help you achieve you're gaming goals.
guys i did it and its not that complicated
i am a support who grinded fro plat to gm and for every support player here are all the steps you'll ever need and you dont need to have a good diet or anything like that.
step 1: Watch the pro player twilight
step 2: really look how he's using his abilities
step 3: roll gms
He is the best player to learn from because he doesnt have the greates mechanics out of all the flex supports but is still considert the best
Came across this by accident. This was a great video to motivate an give you an new mindset in your grind. thank you!
Bruh this guy deserves 1 million subs
Finally I found my mistakes, focus on the process instead on the results.
Or a plat to 4.4k?
thank u for all the content
Thank YOU for watching! :)
I want to start of saying great job, truly the best channel for improving gaming ability and I thought that it would be useful for the schedule to be written out (although some things are left out I got the key Ideas in here and I urge you to watch the video first) but here is the schedule. Why do you want to do what you want to do example, I want to be better at gaming than other people because I want to be better than I was before
Phase 1 (Mornings) (2 or more hrs.)
Healy diet and physical activity’s
Planning and reviewing
reviewing lesson from previous training and setting clear goals for what you want to practice that day then putting those goals into action, fixing mistake, honing specific skills, and focusing on improvements and experimentation rather than worrying about your performance
After a few hours (2 or more) of this it’s time to stop and review the results (journaling about what you learned that session and what you want to focus on in the afternoon)
Phase 2 (Afternoon)(2-4 hrs when mental fatigue kicks in)
Get into Action
You’ll put your morning lessons and experimentation into action during ranked games switch aim from working on new skills and experimentation towards achieving maximal performance
Final review (when mental fatigue starts to kick in)
Go over the footage of the games you just played breaking down what happened, what went well and what didn’t and what you want to start working on in the following days
Just look for improving(don’t set arbitrary goals)
Love it! Now it's time to put the ideas into action! :)
Sir plz bring some interviews or routine of professional pro players , and thanks for explaining everything In details 😊✌️
This is a late comment but you should practice at night before you sleep so it’s fresh into your mind and your brain processes it better and probably faster as well ass you don’t want to fatigue yourself throughout the day of practice It does depend on the person though as I practice 5K bots a day and don’t feel very tired but others can barely play after it so it should be whatever is best for you
I think wanting to be the best at something (better than everyone else) is a pretty valid reason to wanting to go pro
*If you can go from Silver 2 to Grand Champ in rocket league in two months... I'll give you my soul*
agreed. There's too much variance in mechanics to get consistent enough for GC in that short of a time period. Everything you do in the game is mechanical.

Yesss!! Summer camp please!!
Idk 10k hours for mastery and 1k hours for competency is what I find but this will definitely accelerate your performance. Also playing just to play will never be the answer you have to train and brain all the time.
TheSubieFan 1k hours for competency? Ill say you might have a point for 10k for mastery but i guess it all depends on what competency means
@@ciyma here is my example most CSGO pros have 8k hours and that includes idle time. The majority of people with really good mechanically abilities will pick up most games and be really close to the top of their performance at about 1k hours.
