- Pakistan's government has recalled its ambassador to Iran and has blocked Tehran's envoy from returning.
It comes after Iran admitted to carrying out a missile and drone attack on western Pakistan on Tuesday.
Officials in Islamabad said two children were killed and three others injured in the attack in Balochistan.
Iran's foreign minister said the operation targeted the militant group Jaish al-Adli, which he described as an "Iranian terrorist group" in Pakistan.
Islamabad said the attack was "illegal" and warned of "serious consequences".

Everyone is always referring to International law regardless the country or conflict. What is the point as I have not seen any consequences for anyone or country when international law is broke! It is not a law if it is not enforced.
It is enforced unless vetoed by the UN security council. The 2 countries that use veto power to stop action are Russia and the US, depending on the circumstances. In this instance the culprit is the US who have allowed this mess to completely spiral out of control by using their power of veto to protect Isra-hell.

Pakistan has a population about 3 times that of Iran. Their military is ranked in the top 10, and they possess nuclear weapons. It is speculated that Iran MIGHT have nuclear weapons or at least the capability to build them, but we know without any doubt that Pakistan does have them. Iran would not win in a war with Pakistan.

According to international law you are not supposed to send missiles in to neighboring countries, so in that sense Iran's attack is not justified.
