How I learned to do the Scoop Technique - The Danish way.
In this tutorial, I go through how I learned the scoop technique and how I still use it. There are many ways to do the scoop, but this is TO ME, the most secure way and I trust it a lot. Sometimes, if it is really bouncy, I do put a knee down or it is in the 89th minute, but otherwise, I always do the scoop this way. Enjoy
