The heat treat is the biggie in stainless (as you probably already know). And that knife, looks to be put together well! Its got a great look and you put it thru it's paces. I like it!
Although it’s not the best steel there’s a difference between Chinese garbage and American 420 properly heat treated steel you would know that if you knew what you’re talking about.
on their website it says its made of 1070 high carbon steel. I don't think it's stainless steel since its rusting or tarnishing.
It's actually an excellent knife just to take out and mess around in the woods. Living next to the ocean, I prefer stainless steel knives.....

The pommel is the bottom part of the knife in ur case its a brass pommel
Yea its a hollow grind its actually very close to an up size buck 110.. ur knife is probably 3/16 thick most likely
