If you are considering moving to Orlando Florida and have Universal in mind, this is going to be a pleasant surprise for you. Today we show you two communities that are new construction and not far from Universal, so you can easily enjoy island of adventures or The Wizarding World of Harry Potter without having to fight through the terrible traffic in Orlando. Parkview reserve by Pulte is going to give you the quickest access to Universal of the two communities. This community is situated in O'Town West. The next place that we show you in the Brix by Toll Brothers. These luxury townhomes are in the packing district. I watched them building O-Town West and the Pulte community and then cried when they released pricing... it's literally the perfect location in between Disney and Universal, close to shopping, airport, everything. I wish they would have at least done some affordable townhome options like EverBe
