Laurate park has homes above 700k and above 1 million and lake nona golf and country club have homes sitting in the multi millions for sure! I did not realize this until recently... and they continue to build homes in that price range as the area gains popularity!
@@livingincentralfloridaoriginal Waterford lake and hunter creek have homes for 700k-1 million with pools huge driveways and parks for the kids. Lake Nona homes don’t even have driveways to park more then two cars that is not luxury.
