People moving out because getting expensive in here! Yeah maybe you don’t pay that much tax on stuff like other states but coffee or groceries it’s almost the Same like other big states.
Gas almost $5 /gallons basic insurance for your car (standard) car $1200 /year electric bill $300+ per month water etc .
Homeless people getting more and more coming from other states trash junkies it’s too much!

I may stay in Illinois at least the homes are cheaper, taxes are same.for this home it should be around 2,600 s.f. For the money there asking.

Crazy how OC/Orlando city is still so pricey. 350k for a 1200 sqft home that's going to take work to get it insured is insane, nice as it is.

There is a 676 sf 2/1 90 y.o. cottage on tiny lot in my general neighborhood in San Diego going for $1.05M. This Orlando home is a steal compared to that haha

    • @SlayerSFoxeR
      @SlayerSFoxeR ปีที่แล้ว

@tpolerex7282 I've been here in east Chula Vista in San Diego for a little over a year now, and being a Florida native, I can confidently say, there is not a single corner of anywhere in Orlando that compares to San Diego. You absolutely get what you pay for. I'm originally from west Kendall in Miami and even that pales in comparison.

Hi Kaleb, happy Sunday ❤! Niceviewing. . House #1 is dated, not bad but needs a price cut. Number two is very modern for a older home. Number three is nice as well. Just the prices can be a hitch!!

Hey Kaleb, This Home needs a lot of upgrading, Starting with the Kitchen and the Bathrooms. The driveway has a lot of cracks that needs Repaved. Not a fan of Pools. Price should be $350,000, But overall not a bad looking home. House #2. This home definitely needs the driveway Repaved. The 1/2 Bathroom in the Primary, What they could do is, Where the wall behind and to the side of the toilet Knocked those walls, To open and Expanded the Bathroom to put a Walk-in Shower. Again not a fan of Swimming Pools, Price $329,000, Still a nice home. House #3. The minute I seen the front Door, I knew this one is a Winner. It's well maintained through out the house. Yes, It's needs upgrading in the Bathrooms upstairs. And the Driveway needs Repaved, Not a fan of the pools. I loved the Kitchen, with the White & Blue Cabinets, Awesome 😎😍😀. $468,000 is the right Price. Of all the Homes, #3. Will not take long to sell. I Appreciate your Presentation Always Kaleb. You always thank your Viewers for tuning into your Video. Have a Good Day, See you at the next Video 😀📸👍🥰📸📸👍

H1: Winter Haven. 1800ft² 3bd 2bt 2car garage $395k ($415/yr HOA) 26yo. Tidy up landscape. Nice open bright entry. Ceramic floor needs updated. The office and bedrooms spaces need nothing. Bath is clean, but original. All neutral paint colors. Laundry space is fine. Garage adequate. Kitchen still all builder grade original, but clean, but should be gutted. Primary suite needs light/fan fixture. Same original builder grade material in bath, needs gutted. Pool space is tranquil. Covered is plus. Sloping yard offers a bit of space for kids, or dogs. I would pop on this for $370k w/o hesitation.
H2: Orlando 1200ft² 3bd 1.5bth $349k Pool 1 car garage. 41yo. Tiny LR new floors. Small galley, but new kitchen. Laudry/mudroom off garage. Updated baths. Small bedrooms. Primary has access to backyard. Pool is not covered. Large backyard, but backs to busy street. This is about location. Might be nice for young couple. Would not be interested in this over $315k.
H3: Kissimmee 2900ft² 5bd 3bth $500k ($1000/yr HOA) 19yo Pool Beautiful architecture. Nice LR and DR. Wood vinyl flooring. Great neutral paint. Lower kitchen cabinets navy, upper and counter white...eh....FR is a nice space. Bth1 is clean. Laundry space is good. Covered lanai and screened spa/pool. Tiny green space, fenced, but ugly fence. All beds on 2nd floor. 2nd floor carpeted. Primary suite is adequate. Sinks and vanity need to be replaced. Themed bedroom (Moana). Themed bedroom (Mickey). Themed bedrooms (Adult beachy vibes). It's likely a rental property at points. This was overall a nice home for a larger family. Good location. $450k would be a good buy, and $470k would be fair.
Kaleb, great mix of locations and home sizes.i loved that balanced offering to meet needs of many demographic groups. You should reach most buyers with episodes like this, kudos to you. Missed the lunch break 😅, but this was well done with homes as focus. Excited to see the next one. 👏🏽

Hey Kaleb. Was on a 10 day cruise. Have 200 notifications 🤦‍♀️😂. 1st home like the front elevation. Clean entry pool view. Quaint dining room. Good size front guest bedrooms & bath. Ok laundry with cabinets. Would’ve preferred no wall but it’s needed for the cabinets plus don’t like seeing kitchens on entry. Cute breakfast nook. Primary ok size. En-suite dated. Great covered enclosed lanai and pool & fully fenced yard. Great potential. 2nd home large front yard. Simple clean front elevation and entrance. Can see part of the galley kitchen on entry. Dining/nook. Good size laundry. Nice 1st bathroom. Bedrooms a little small. Primary ok. Sliders to backyard. Small closet. A 1/2 bath in the primary? Different. Covered enclosed lanai. Great pool and fenced backyard. 3rd home great front elevation. Not modern but nice traditional entry with stairs/living and dining. Blue cabinets to match the blue front door 🚪. Would change. Nice breakfast nook and large family room. Full bath and nice laundry 🧺. Large kitchen peninsula. Covered enclosed lanai and pool. Large primary. Appreciate the 2 closets. Spacious en-suite. Would change the cabinets. 4 bedrooms to one bath? At least there’s the full downstairs. Nice home. Thanks for sharing Kaleb. Have a great week.

the question is besides the point how you would over price a home so small lacking sinks beautiful bathrooms and no family space, what is the annual property tax worth, on such an over price home hopefully its no more then 2k a year. lol i stated a ridiculous property tax price for a ridiculous priced homes. Oh and lets not forget the over price insurance, you should have, one can never trust the power of a hurricane

I’ve always thought the dining room off the entryway floor plan is really odd. Maybe for me, formal dining is a little more intimate, and it feels like anyone walking past your home after dusk can watch your family eat. I might be a weirdo.

Very few can afford the cost of the home -- good deals can be had - BUT BEWARE -- of the cost of the house and flood insurance. With an HOA - one could be on the hook for over 14K a year [depending on the area] and that is ABOVE the mortgage payment.

If I want to look at a pool , i'll just open the door and look at my neighbors ( lol ) . It's a beautiful pool .
I'll go to the gym and go swimming there , and check out other activities to do . Where I live , we have 4 cities, where a donor who applied the cities with
new swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts , over 300 activities for indoor and outdoor. Bike trails goes for hundreds of miles,
And the list goes on and on . And we have 2 gyms 100,000 sq ft in this city. And the other 3 cities , they have the same as we have here.
