10 Business Ideas I Would Start Today!

What type of businesses would I start today? If I had to do it over and I didn't have my insurance company and my other businesses, what business idea would I start? I have 10 business ideas that I believe would lead you to riches and success if you implement them correctly.
1. Insurance Agency. I currently own an insurance agency, Wexford Insurance (wexfordins.com). Since I run this successful business already, it would make sense to start.
2. TH-cam Monetization. My TH-cam channel is monetized and I make around $2,000 a month from this side business. If you have an expertise, you should start a channel today!
3. Lead Generation Company. If you can generate leads for specific businesses, you will make a TON of money! Because, a lot of owners do not know how to efficiently produce their own leads. They are willing to outsource their lead acquisition cost since they are still profiting off of the lead costs.
4. Virtual Assistant Agency or Service. In this business you will either be wholesaling a virtual assistant or providing a service at a very low rate.
5. Bookkeeping and Accounting. This business provides recurring revenue and client stickiness. Once you build a foundation of clients this business will continue to grow even if you don't even try!
6. Outsourced CFO's, CEO's, Management Team, Board, etc. As a business grows, they need talent but they often can't afford it. If they still want the talent, what if they could pay for a fraction of the talent. Get the talented CFO for 10 hours a week instead of an untalented one for 40 hours. You will likely get the same output.
7. Staffing Agency for Specialty Positions. Staffing company's make part of their placed employees hourly rate. Right now, it is hard to find talent, if you can solve this problem, you can make a lot of money. You can also make money adding recruiting services to this business.
8. Wholesaling Niche Products. If you are in a niche and you see a need in niche where people cannot easily find the goods to buy in it. If you are able to market better than the manufacturer then you can make a lot of money.
9. Wedding Venue. I love this business idea because the cost of a wedding continues to increase. Also, usually, you are booked over a year out. This allows you to easily budget your revenue.
10. Pool Service. I love this business idea because there is recurring revenue. Every week you are making money as long as you are taking care of your clients.

I subcontract out jobs from leads that I specifically find for my subcontractors. that way I keep the customer in MY books, and I make a couple hundred off each gig. Why dont you do this? there must be a reason

It is more time effective for me to just sell the lead and be done with it. I don’t have to review the job, call the client, etc. Time is more valuable to me since I have other businesses.
