I bought one new in 1969 when I came home from Veitnam butternut yellow black vynil top 396 4 speed no air no power steering just all horse power. I want to buy from you guys hopefully someday.
in my opinion n1969 Chevelle is the best looking muscle car ever made just look at that work of art . Not just a car but an extention of the family !!!
The off center steering wheel was erking me so bad. Such an easy fix/adjustment along with the broken horn. Nice car. Like the 69yr chevelle. Id def swap those wheels out tho
the car has potential a few hours work and some money to fix the little things and some work on the paint sand a clear coat it. I'd like to hear some more cam in it too and some more compression.
and folks have a E.S.P. connection to the gas tank! I gots to have me a gas and temperature gage at the absolute minimum. My own car E.S.P. connections can do the rest. lol, cheers, another great car, priced right.
I think it's because a lot of these old cars has been Rebuilt from the ground up, and that can cost anywhere from 50 to even over 100 thousand dollars to do, depending how much rust damage they may have, but when you try to resale them you're not gonna even get half of your money back that you put into rebuilding them, so the previous owners don't even bother to fix the simple little things on them, cause they don't want to put more money into them.
I used to have one it was fun as long as the road was straight , Chrome the jockey box door and the two inside pillars next to the front windshield it's really trick looking
69 Chevelles looked & sounded great too. Great body style. Liked the 396-375 hp. Learned how to shift gears on a 4 speed one. This one is nice. Thanks for showing Like color.
The "SS" insignia is on upside down. The steering wheel is way, way off center. The brake lights dont work, the horn doesnt work and the idle is much too high. Other than that. Neat.
I've been a fan of classic old cars since I was 7 or 8 years old. My fav is 69 Z-28 (like the tat on my leg). However, enjoying your videos - I am undecided if I keep coming back to your channel because of the cars you test drive, the format of your videos I find informative, or YOUR VOICE!! Most likely, it's the combination of all three. Well...and, you are very handsome (I'm sure your wife is very beautiful & loving) - and, you seem to have much knowledge of cars. I keep coming back to your channel & I always leave with a huge smile!! Thank you...much gratitude to you!!
The 1969 Chevelle is the meanest looking muscle car of all time. 1969. I mean that front clip man. This car definitely worth the effort involved. Good price. Honest observations.
I'm figuring 30 miles an hour the tachometer pretty close to 2600 RPM feels like the converter is about a 3000 stall and I would guess the rear end gears might even be 410 to be holding that motor up tight like that I used to drag race all the time and that's my estimates maybe I'm right maybe I'm wrong but I love the way you have your website setup keep up the good work from Niagara Falls New York the Rust Belt capital of the world where you can buy a new car 2 years later there's no trunk left in it cuz of the rust and salt
Nick the Razor I was looking at your website you have a lot of new cars in . That Chevelle looks pretty straight brother. If I could hit the mega millions tomorrow night I’ll be down in by 15 or 20 of those muscle cars from you. 💪🏻👍
I love the blue on this one I think it would be even better with a set of black chrome wheels . Their are to things in life that are for sure one is ...I can get on a Harley or anything with two wheels and it will rain the other is ...I can start to go to Maple motors to look at the cars on my day off even if I'm down the street at Accademy Sports and when I head that way it will poor down rain. But I love the looks of that Hotrod having, looks like a car show going on every day. This is my rant sorry about that but I would like to say I'm glad y'all have these cars I'd heck of a lot rather start with a full driving car and finish the little things like the horn and detent cables and things like that after the previous owner has already sunk the fortune into it. Allot of people just don't realize most of the time the one that had the car sold it because they went broke and couldn't finish. It takes allot of money to build one of these right . Theirs my rant .
That's the beauty of these Malibus. I would prefer a car like this, to a numbers matching SS. You can do what you want with them. A few tasteful mods, and this would be an awesome highway machine. Love the resto-mod style.
Here I get all excited and find out these folks are in Tennessee, far from where I'm at. Still, great videos showing cool cars and what work, if any, they need
Having both gauges on same wire pull a glitch over all .. Again minor fixes nothing to trip about.. I look at body motor trans then cosmetics are every where to buy..in California they have a mass amount of chrome to do 50 cars like this one..Engine is nice here..
@@wheelanddeal5632 I understand I owned a old car when I was younger. It was a chore to keep it running. I own a old car now too it was made in 92 so it's 28 years old now . Still running all original.
Dang Nick yet another one..pulling em out of ur hat?? Lol but seriously 1969 and from here can see str8 body lines ..yes we can see if body has some flaws.. But this one checks out nice. Thing is no matter what there's rides are 30 yrs plus old there gonna need some repairs mostly personal taste. It's amazeing how folks in Texas likes there rims as ppl up north . can here the torque converter may have done a trick out change on it for that QUATER mile pull. But a easy fix if ur a old school gear head can make a highway car or down the way one..personal taste ..like these wheels heck the whole car is nice. Way to go Maple Motor..
Why are so many of these cars like this... great looking and sounding but lack any working gauges, horn, etc, etc, etc? Your talking about a day of work and less then $1000 to make it right. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with these cars.
I just walked around and showed you everything about it. Bring your mechanic , bring two if you want. These cars are simple and will keep going up in value. Thanks for watching
. It's a very nice car lifters need adjusting after you run one really hard especially the old heads. Again it's a great looking car bumper on reverse driver side is lower than the opposite side. A possible small collision or a rusted or bent bracket? The price is funny thing because dad spent exactly $23,000 to restore his 69 as from ground up
Thats an ot damn thing of beauty i tell you what, the next 23 thousand dollars i get.. im fixen to buy me one of them thangs rite there.. Love me a chevelle 🔑 ❤
Not an SS Chevelle. Badges are wrong. Transmission seems to not shift properly. Missing dome light lens. Wrong window regulator. Turn signals are blocked by the tac. Engine idles too high. Lifter tick? No radio. Speedometer faulty, gas gauge(s) not working. Need to fix that steering wheel alignment and horn. Needs to be made right before offering it for sale. But is a very nice looking Chevy.
When you say 55 or 60 MPH tops do you mean that's all you want to drive down the road at or are you talking the car turning 5,000rpm at 60 . Are you saying if you take it to the drag strip it would be would out to red line at 55 or 60 .
The busted dash , horn, steering alignment and window crank should be fixed if you gonna ask that price for it. This car was built for street racing or dragstrip use.
I bought one new in 1969 when I came home from Veitnam butternut yellow black vynil top 396 4 speed no air no power steering just all horse power. I want to buy from you guys hopefully someday.
I like that this dude is straight up honest about his observations. This is a nice car at a very reasonable price.
It is a Malibu with an SS hood no radio gear should be 373 or 411, dash is broken, window regulator needs to be replaced. Around 15000 tops

Who needs a horn with an engine like this????? Screw that horn
Without it, the car is not street legal.
That's a beautiful Chevelle.
IKR
And for a really good price
Somebody in Hendersonville TN has a huge collection of horns stolen from maple motors lol

Best lines of any Chevelle
69 chevelle is the best looking chevelle of all the chevelle's.
Nope. I like 1970.
No. 67
Maple motors pass the word..... Your muscle car hub,so many too choose from.... The most honest car salesman... You better believe it!!!!!!!!!
Thank you very much
Nice looking, even the bigger rims look good, I would have to get the right steering wheel and give that one to some fox body guy.
I think you need a horn technician at your dealership!
I'll b the horn tech......😆
🤣
69 Chevelles looked & sounded great too. Great body style. Liked the 396-375 hp. Learned how to shift gears on a 4 speed one. This one is nice. Thanks for showing

It has AC from Factory be nice to redo after all upgrades are done..the AC vents on each side of dash is a clear indication..
The "SS" insignia is on upside down. The steering wheel is way, way off center. The brake lights dont work, the horn doesnt work and the idle is much too high. Other than that. Neat.
Basically just leave this one alone.

Drifting is when you let go of the steering wheel and it veers to one side, pulling is when you apply the breaks and it veers to one side, nice sled.
Those wheels are spot-on in my opinion for that car beautiful be careful Nick that window roller will take a knee cap out brother😆🤭
