    What will be the answer if my husband is my sponsor? Will appreciate your quick response. Thanks

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      Your husband can be your sponsor for your education abroad, provided he has the financial means to support your studies. So, if there is any question, be prepared to explain his income and carry proof with you. Explain reasons for sponsoring your education and his commitment to your success.

    Sir, if the interviewer asks us how will you repay your loan, what must be an ideal answer? It would be helpful if you could suggest one.

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      In this case, the question is about how to demonstrate the ability to repay a loan when applying for a visa. A good answer would focus on providing evidence of your financial stability, such as proof of employment, bank statements, or tax returns. Your Sponsor, how long has been working, how many dependents, etc. You need to understand that answers will vary from student to student; you need to apply what is relevant to you.

    Sir What should i do if my mother sponser me not my father
    What should answer ?

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can provide the necessary information about your father's and mother's profession and financial status and explain that your mother has agreed to sponsor your education. The father doesn't need to be the sponsor, and the U.S. government has no such requirement. However, it is essential to explain why your mother is sponsoring and provide accurate and complete information about the sponsor and their financial resources. It is also important to mention that your mother can fully fund your education because of her income and savings.

    Im showing the savings of 45 lakhs and no loan so what should i say for sponsors income??? he is doing business for more than 27 years?? please anwers

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The sponsor's income is based on the IT returns filed, reflecting the income generated through their business that has been running successfully for over 27 years. However, I understand that the visa officer may have concerns about the sponsor's income being low. In such a case, highlight that besides the business, my sponsor also has additional sources of income, such as investments, rental properties, or other business ventures. These additional sources of income contribute to their overall financial stability and ability to support my education in the United States.
      Furthermore, suppose the funds in savings are less than the total cost of education. In that case, you need to justify other investments or financial resources available at your disposal, such as fixed deposits, mutual funds, etc., to ensure that you have sufficient funds to cover the entire cost of your education or you have another source of funds.
      Ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

      It is difficult to answer as I do not know the education cost, how many dependents on your sponsor, etc. Finally, it depends on how you answer the visa questions. Are you able to convince the VO with your answers , etc.

    What if your sponsor is your uncle and he is USA already and not same surname with yours
    Will you get denied ?

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most students do not show USA ties like uncles, aunts, cousins, etc., as it could lead to visa denial as a potential immigrant. You are showing your uncle in the USA as a sponsor which proves your close proximity with him and the visa officer may refuse you as a potential immigrant unless you have some strong reason for the VO to believe that you are not.

Do they have any dependents? If they have dependents, why are they sponsoring you? It will help if you have a convincing story and specific details that will help you get your visa.

    Hello I hope you’re fine and thank you for your great job, I got rejected in 2020 I applied for bachelor and my sponsor was my father’s friend.I’m currently getting prepared for the second attempt however I think that there are some changes in my case: my brother is my sponsor with a reasonable amount in his bank account , I’m Now a graduate student and I also changed my university.
    What do you think about those changes?

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for your kind words. It's great to hear you're preparing for a second attempt at your USA student visa application. Let's break down the changes in your case:
      1. Change in Sponsorship: Shifting from your father's friend to your brother as your sponsor is a positive change. It's essential to have a sponsor with a reasonable amount of funds to support your education and living expenses in the USA.
      2. Graduate Student Status: Transitioning from a bachelor's to a graduate student demonstrates your commitment to higher education. Graduate programs are often seen as more specialized and can enhance your credibility as a serious student.
      3. Change of University: Changing your university can be viewed positively if you can provide a valid reason for the switch. Be ready to explain why you made this change and how it aligns with your academic and career goals.
      Make sure to prepare a well-articulated explanation for the changes during your visa interview to provide clarity to the consular officer. Good luck with your second attempt!

      @eacc  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for your kind words about my videos. I'll do my best to offer some guidance on your son's plan to pursue undergraduate studies in the USA for computer science.
      The cost of an undergraduate education in the United States can vary significantly depending on the university, location, and the specific program of study.
      Here are some factors to consider:
      Tuition and Fees
      Living Expenses
      Scholarships and Financial Aid
      Bonds will mature after five years and are not readily available; hence, this will not be counted towards funds for education immediately unless you pre-mature redeem them, but it shows that you are financially settled in your home country.

      F1 Visa is based on many parameters, including proving you are a genuine student, your intention is to study, you have sufficient finances, and you will return to your home country after your studies. Also, it depends on the duration of the program and how you answer the visa questions.

    Sir if my uncle is my sponsor but he has stocks, then can I show it as my proof of funding? Will it be acceptable or will it cause an issue? Im also getting other sponsors so adding my uncle stocks would be almost double the cost mentioned in the i-20 (my course ends in 1.5yrs)

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว

      Stocks are considered Semi-Liquid by VO as it is volatile, and Stock Prices change every day. So your Uncle may have to sell the stock and show the same in your saving bank account.
      You may need to explain to the VO why your Uncle is sponsoring your education, not your Parents. Further, While stocks can be a financial resource, you may have to show diverse funding sources to ensure the embassy is satisfied with your financial situation.
      So, discussing your specific financial situation with an experienced education abroad counselor who can help you figure out the best way to present your financial documents for your student USA visa application is recommended. They can help you assess your current financial situation and guide you in providing the necessary documents to support your visa application.

      VO is not interested in much detail; you can mention the annual income and carry the necessary proof of whatever you have. There can be questions on your work profile and how your work is related to the program and how it will benefit you; focus on these types of questions for your visa interview.

      It is difficult to answer as I have no documents, and I am not directly involved in your counselling.
      In your case, you mentioned that you received a scholarship of $21,000, and your course is for four months. It's possible that the university only required you to show proof of funds for the first semester, so they mentioned a lower amount of funds on your I-20 form. Usually, I 20 reflects one year (9 months) of funds but why it shows 4 months, you need to check with the university
      However, when applying for your student visa, it's important to show that you have enough funds to cover your entire course of study, including both majors.

    Will it be problem in F1 visa interview??

    • @eacc
      @eacc  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you should mention this in your DS-160 application, as failure to disclose this information can be considered misrepresentation and could result in your visa being denied.
      As for whether this will be a problem in your F1 visa interview, it's difficult to say without more information about the specific circumstances of your case. However, it's important to be honest and transparent about your immigration history, as this will help to establish credibility and trust with the visa officer.
      If your immigration file was revoked due to the death of your father, this may be seen as a mitigating factor that is outside of your control. However, you should be prepared to explain the circumstances surrounding your immigration file and the reason why you want to study in the USA now, and the reasons for your coming back to your home country.
