Here’s my setup in my Lincoln Navigator with factory THX: 2- Recoil DI1200.4s One amp’s channels 1 and 2 are running my 6.75” CDT midwoofers in doors and CDT Wideband Unity 8.0 in A-pillar aluminum pods from Germany at 4 ohm. Second amp’s channels 1/2 are running my Recoil Rose Gold RAX65 coaxials in rear doors. Both amps’ 3/4 channels are bridged, running two 10” Recoil Echo Pro 10” subs in a sealed 1.0 cu ft box per side facing up behind the rear seat. I installed an Audio Control LC7i to sum up the signals out of factory head unit. I left the center dash speaker factory for Bluetooth purposes as well as rearmost stock tweeters as rearmost fill. Lastly, I have a JY lithium micro battery for amp reserves. The sound is incredible. Subs hurt badly, and they are precise. The amps never get hot and are extremely extremely clean. The rear Rose Gold recoils sound incredible too. All in all, I spent less than $1500 on all of this equipment. I am truly blown away by the quality of sound of my setup.

I just picked there new premium 3 way component set off patrick it called the RPM 365 for $160 for my van the set is really sweet, very beautiful set, they don't have them listed yet I also grabbed there premium 2 way set called the SAM65 off patrick for my car and they are drop dead gorgeous and on that new 600.4 sound really awesome.,but I guess there not selling for some weird reason or something guess people haven't realized there value but anyway recoil told pat to drop price and move em so there $120! But when there gone they may be gone? So get on the SAMs I'm going to grab another set when have some more $ just because there so nice. Patrick has videos of ful reviews of both the rpm365s and SAM65s. These sets are on par with $300+ sets but like all recoil products there price doesn't reflect there quality and performance. I advise everyone to check em out and consider purchasing them or spend $300 or $400 for comparable or not as good for CT sounds,JBL, Rockford or JL whatever.... Where do you want to spend your money to get a great product..? on an honest brand or an over priced big name brand that's over charging because people believe the marketing that says there worth it...

If so, then you can’t disregard the flexibility and tuning options that are included with every amp I’ve seen in their line up and that is they all have way better processing, the bandpass crossover feature! Not to mention the fancy remote controllers they include too with those neat lights 😏 see where I’m getting at with this bud ? They just came out with a mini 4ch amp for $150 that brought to beat. But I’m with you here still and im most likely going with one of these recoils since I found out Just how badly my front stage is needing more watts. I’m sort of concerned now and wondering if they can handle 270 watts at 4/4ohm😅 I guess just keeping the gains low right ?
I like 4 channel amps with big power output. Looks like a great budget amplifier in a small package. You could even use it as a whole system amp. I'm currently using a MMATS Hifi 4250. It's worth more than my car and has stupid power output. 250×4@4ohms 400×4@2ohms 800×2@4ohms bridged (this is how I'm using it on a Sundown U18d4) *did NOT pay the $1,300 MSRP scored it used for $90 at the local pawn shop

Another thing to note about this amp is the manufacturer. I’ve noticed with all these amp dyno vids going around a lot of the amps that do well cost a lot more when you click on the link in the description. Recoil hasn’t raised their prices. (YET!)
are all channels loaded in these dyno runs or just the one channel being tested? if all channels not loaded to tax power supply the numbers will be off.
Mine gets some static. In it after a few weeks I have to keep wriggling the RCA's. , swapped amps and it goes away,I called Larry and left a message,we will see if Mr f returns my call
Were both channels (bridged) tested? Or were you testing one pair of channels bridged AT A TIME, if so then this would give you false or inaccurate numbers. Due to the power supply only powering only one set of outputs (bridged) instead of of powering all four channels. But if you did have a load on all four channels and it did those numbers then it did it’s rated power.
I run this amp bridged 2 ohm on each running 2 sets of speakers giving a 2 ohm load for each bridged side with ur not suppose to bridge under 4 ohm and am getting quite a bit of power this is a stout 4 channel amp for sure and sounds loud and powerful i love it best 100 bux i spent. 2 ohm bridged it does around 1500 per the 2 bridged channels

This recoil brand is freaking me out. I honestly want to hear what the quality is like. What's your honest opinion on sound quality of these DI Recoil amps?
I wish someone would dyno the Blackbrick 1600.4, $150 and it also claims 250x4 @ 4 ohms. Pretty stout 4 channel, built in fans and clip lights, would love to see it on a channel get tested lol.
A lot of people run RECOIL amps and I have not heard of many issues so they seem to be pretty reliable. The build quality seems good for the price range.
How about running the test at 1000hz like every one else does for a 4 channel amp instead of 40hz and let’s see if the output is still the same. Idk anyone who runs their vocal/voice/midbass/midrange door speakers at 40hz… I can tell you even with an active 3 way setup in my front doors my midbass cutoff is higher than 40hz.

Although these amps do more than rated, they are distortion nightmares. Especially when you are pushing them at their max the channel separation is shit and high in third and fifth harmonics .. I highly do not recommend these amps

The reserve series is a disappointment, I have 2 of them and they sound great but not near the power they claim.

2 channels were loaded on the test same as the 5 channel Recoil video that is coming out soon.

I just bought one for about $118 after taxes. Going to swap out my pioneer 8604 and run 4 6.5s and 4 tweeters in my Navigator.

4 gauge OFC should be fine for this amp. As long as it’s OFC. You can always go bigger if you want to.

Damn, I avoided this cuz of the dreaded spade terminals. I got a deaf bounce machete 600.4 instead. It's got 90a worth of fusing tho🤔 but that's wild!
