With non o-ring chains do you not need to use the chain tool to flatten out the pins like you do with o-ring?? I have the clip on but I cant help but feel like the pins could still slide out of the chain due to not being flattened on the outside where yiu install them
Great video 👍🏼 I also need your help on how many ft-lb did you do on your front sprocket someone else said 52 what did you do yours at ? I did both front and rear sprocket with your Renthal I own a 2020 KLX300R. Hope you can help.
What are you guys using for tools? Master Link tool? T Handle sockets? T Handle Y socket? Motorcycle lift? I like to buy items that have been tested and reviewed in the field. Thx!
Any recommendations for a stock 2008 XR650L? I know the front sprocket upgrade is a must to prevent spline wear. Should I go down a tooth size in the front? Tooth size in the rear?
Hey just my 2 cents. All depends on your riding. I rode mostly dirt with my XR650L. SO I went with Fritzco 13T front and ran a 48 rear. I really liked that set up and it would still run 70 MPH.
I might have to take my bike into the shop to get this done I don't have a mate called Dave to help I really should find me 1 hopefully my local motorbike shop has one or im buggered haha awesome video guys very clear information thanks heeps
How many teeth on the rear sprocket
so to do this you have to have a buddy named dave?
Will the motion pro master link press push out the pins if you grind them down or no?
