I lived in South Korea in the 90s. For six or seven months. The food was fantastic. It’s addicting. At first you don’t like it. But then you can’t live without it.. Especially on the weekend nights. They have the whole street full of these type of stalls with different things. The weirdest was the bug larvae guy selling his bug larvae. Or the squid lady.

Chopped cabbage mixed into the egg, probably mozzarella cheese, ham, ketchup and mustard. The only thing I'm not sure about is the orange colored sauce he put on the bread. Whatever it is, it looks delicious.
