      근데 영상 시작 계란에 비살균 전액란 이라고 봉투에 적혀 잇는데 ,오늘 아침에 소독해서 들어 온거라고 설명 하시네요 ㅋㅋ

    정식 계란을 직접 깨서 안쓰시고
    위험한 액란을 쓰시네여..
    요즘 김밥집 살모넬라균으로 식중독 말이 많은데
    액란이 주요 요인입니다.
    액란은 양계장에서 나온 파란(파지 계란)
    즉 깨진 계란을 깨서 모은것을 파는건데... 금액이 싸지만 살모넬라균 위험이 높지요...
    안타깝네요..

      영상 초반부에 직원분이 오늘 아침에 알을 깨서 소독후 포장된거를 받아놓은 신선한거라던데 별달님은 팩트체크 하고 말씀하시는 건가요? 키보드 몇번 두드리는 선동에 여럿 인생망할수 있으니 이러한 민감한 사안들은 고소당해도 이길정도로 확실한 팩트를 확보하신후 말씀하세요 이영돈pd때가 떠올라서 글남기고갑니다.

      @@bluejade4463 저는 직원분의 말을 인용한것 뿐이지 해당 전문지식 전혀없습니다. 그렇기에 저나 원댓분이나 누구던 확실한 팩트가 없으면 단정짓지 말자는게 제 말 취지입니다. 저는 저 계란들보고 직원이 소독하고 신선하다라고 말했다해서 그게 팩트라고 단정지은적 없습니다.

    0:18 비살균 전란액 "비살균계란" 이라고 봉투에 적혀있는데 점주님께서 깨끗해요~ 깨끗한 계란 이거든여?? 라고 말씀하시는데 무슨 모순인지???

    라텍스 장갑은 만능 살균 장갑이고 계란 눌렀다가 식기 만졌다가 심지어 마지막 포장은 맨손으로 그냥 하시네

    이 글을 사장님께서 보신다면 좋겠습니다. 가끔 고향 갈 때마다 토스트를 먹기도 하는데 송정 말고 양*에 있는 분점 가서 먹습니다. 위생이 일단 조금 신경을 쓰셔야 할 것 같습니다. 오픈키친일수록 더 쓸고 닦고 해야 하는데 원물이 탁송 된 상태로 밖에 두거나 계란물 그대로 밖에 두거나 그래도 나름 규모가 커진 만큼 위생 관리도 철저히 하셔야 할 것 같습니다.

      글고 모짜렐라치즈 돌릴때도 전자렌지용기말고 그냥 용기에 담아 돌려서 치즈가 기름이랑 분해됨ㅋㅋ 아ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
      또, 깨서 온 계란은 당연히 신선도가 좋을 리 없고 깨끗하지도 않음. 근데 저 사장님은 되게 싱싱하고 깨끗하다고 하심..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ;; 걍 뭣도 모르고 막얘기하시는걸로 보임. 심지어 더 심한건 비닐봉투보면 비살균 전란액이라 쓰여있음ㅋㅋㅋ 잘못먹으면 식중독 걸림;;ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    아니 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이 영상 킬포가 몇개야 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 비살균인데 자꾸 살균이라고 강조하시는데서 1차 당황, 노른자 안깨져서 힘 쎄야 한다고 하면서 재료 듬~뿍 넣는다 하는데 이때까지는 그냥 귀여우셨음. 맛있게 숙성 특히 잘된 치즈 하시는 부분에서는 혹시 원자재 남품 업체에서 말속임 당하시나 걱정되기 시작함. 마지막에 치즈 통에 듬뿍 담으시면서 2인분? 3인분?? 이러셨는데 그걸로 토스트 25개는 만든 듯 ㅋㅋㅋ 치즈가 적게 들어가는 것도 아닌 거 같은데 그냥 주인아주머니(?) 말이 너무 웃김 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    여기 가본사람들은 알거임 워낙 유명하다고 하니 한번 먹어보자 하고 가면 손님 그리 많지 않아도 진짜 역대급으로 불친절하고 직원들 다 일하기 싫은 표정으로 손님한테 짜증내고 처음 온 사람은 주문줄이랑 메뉴 기다리는 줄이 달라서 충분히 모를법한 것을 설명도 안해주고 여기 서있지말라면서 윽박지르고 남자친구란 집 근처라 산책겸 갔다가 다시는 오지말자고 돈쓰러갔다가 짜증만 안고 온 가게입니다 이미 유명세는 탔고 체인도 부산에 엄청 많이 생겼지만 진짜 서비스 그렇게 하지마세요 제가 갔을때는 일하시는 분들 생긴것도 비슷하시고 말씀하시는게 가족 느낌이셨는데 지금은 어떨지모르겠지만 (저는 작년 겨울에 갔음) 앞치마도 없고 모지도 없고 매장에 들어가니 1층에 그냥 창고 처럼 홀에 박스랑 지저분하게 다 내팽게쳐두고( 당시 코로나라 매장안에서 먹고 갈 수 없긴했음, 전부 포장손님) 매장 진짜 더럽구요, 서비스도 진짜 불친절하고 아는사람들는 두번은 절대 안가는 가게입니다 주변에 이 토스트집이 유명해서 다른 토스트파는 집이랑 트럭들이 많아요 그분들중에서도 친절하게 장사하시는 분들 계시니 잘 찾아보고 가시면 될듯합니다 제가 안갔던 일년동안 바뀐점이 있다면 참 좋겠네요

      자세히는 모르지만 친구가 몇년일해서 들은거지만.. 아마 가족운영은 맞는거 같아여 알바도 많이 쓰고 장사도 엄청잘되서 바쁘고 힘들어보였어요

    저도 위생 라텍스장갑 많이사용하는데…
    이런식으로하면 절대 위생위험많습니다.
    조리도구, 겉비닐작업 등등…다 만지면서 소독이나 교체없이 계속쓰네요.
    본인들 손보호장갑인가?

      거의 모든 음식점에서 본인 손 보호용으로 쓰시는 것 같아요~장갑끼고 계산하고 서빙하고..교육이 제대로 안되어서 그런것 같기도 하고...

    최근 오랜만에 갔었는데.. 반달,온달..두종류로 나눠 판매하던데..
    속에 패티도 작아지고 ..식빵 한조각 토스트가 최소3천원부터이니..
    좀 당황스러웠어요..물가가 올랐다하지만 좀 많이 아쉬웠어요..초심을 잃지 안았으면 합니다..

      메뉴마다 가격은 다른데, 저도 이삭토스트 좋아하지만 문토스트도 맛있어여:) 가격 큰 차이는 못 느끼실텐데.. 근데 케찹이랑 양배추가 들어가다보니 호불호가 있긴해여.

    부산 살지만 한번 먹고 절대 안먹습니다. 건물에서 하기 전에 먹었는데 위생도 안좋고, 맛도 재료도 특출난거 없어요. 근처에 다른 가게, 상점이 더 낫습니다.

      @@zaidacrechel4459 I got my recipe from TH-camr Maangchi. There’s no green sauce in her recipe so I can’t help you there. One change I made: I melt a little butter in the pan and toast the bread in the light melted rather than buttering both sides. Less greasy that way. I also make it without the bread as a veggie-egg-cheese scramble with out the meat. Yum.

    십리골 비살균 계란 세균 많다고 식약청에서 부적합 판정받은 제품인데 뭐가 소독을 해서 깨끗한 계란이란건가요? 더러운 음식 파셔서 빌딩 세우셔서 좋으세요?

    내기억속 문토스트는 송정에 줄비한 작은트럭 커피.토스트 가게였고. 사장님 부부 두분이 늘 밝은모습이였으며, 차에는 봉사다니시는 사진 및 손님들의 메모들이 포스트잇으로 붙여져있는곳 이였는데 지금은 입구에 토스트 사서 먹겠다며 길막고 주차하고 해변.가게앞에서 먹고 흘리고... 이시국에 막 줄서서 사는... 주변은 전혀 생각안하는 그런곳이 되어버린곳...

    너무 맛있어보여서 끝까지 봤네요 한가지 걸리는 부분은 치즈를 플라스틱통에 넣고 전자렌지를 돌리시네요 환경호르몬때문에라도 전자렌지 사용해도 무해한 용기로 하면 좋겠습니다.

    Its hard to describe (to anyone who has never had it) how wonderful Korean street food is. The combinations of ingredients are so different than what you find in the West. Here, you have a ham and onion omelet, but it has carrots and cabbage. On a cold day, something like this is just so satisfying.

    솔직히 이삭토스트가 더 맛있음 소스가 케첩이랑 새우토스트먹었는데 칠리소스? 기성제품인듯 근데 가성비 나쁘지않아요 모짜렐라 치즈도 듬뿍이고 식빵한쪽씩 두조각이 1인분이예요 영상만보고 식빵하나에 1인분인줄알았는데 생각보다 괜찮았어요 근데 그냥 예상하는맛이예요

    첫장면 계란에서 비살균이라 써져있는 데 소독이 되어 깨끗하다라………이게 그 아 다르고 어 다르다는 말인가?

      그말듣고 개띠용함 내가 보고있는 비살균이라는 뜻이 살균이 안되어 있다는 뜻이 맞는가….내가 그동안 비살균의 뜻을 잘못 알고 있었나…… 너무나도 당당ㅎㅏ게 살균 되었다 하길래….

      애초에 계란이 살균되었다는 건 좀 이상한 듯?? 살균되었다길래 계란 껍데기를 씻었다는 말인 줄 알았는데 속만 나와서 띠용.

      저기요 잘 알고 말합시다. 계란액은 비살균제품과 살균제품은 사용하는 용도가 다릅니다. 저렇게 계란섞을 용도는 비살균이 맞고요.

      @@theedge508 cabbage ws the first thing they mixed into the egg, after the omlette is made ,they portion out cheese and micro wave it. around @6:00 , they show the cheese and @6:21 they show the cheese portion being put in the micro wave.
