Alternate attacker / defender after every repetition
1.1. prime (warm up) combative mindset -> throw combinations which end in a kick. partner takes them
1.2. prime (warm up) combative mindset-> throw combinations which end in a kick. partner blocks them
1.3. warm up shoulders -> throw short punch combinations. partner defends by block/parry
1.4. warm up legs -> throw short kick combination. partner defends
    alternate after a few repetitions
2.1. prime tactics -> short combination follows by triangle step (to teach you to recover stamina mid fight, if necessary), partner answers your combination with the same combination
2.2. prime tactics -> same, but with added distance management
2.3. prime reactions -> counter kicks with punches/ counter punches with kicks
2.4. prime reactions -> same, but with added distance management
    alternate after every repetition
3.1. reinforce mindset -> exchange combinations while defending and managing distance / stamina
3.2. expand mindset -> simulate martial art specific common situations (specific situation should be chosen beforehand)
3.3. wrap up -> combine common situations with simulated sparring (see 3.1)
Energy systems will likely take care of themselves due to volume.
My oppinion: if you throw any technique during warm up with the intention to hurt your partner, your training partner should be the coach by default. You are annoying to advanced fighters without an ego and dangerous to new people

There is no filler here. Only realistic training. Perhaps that has something to do with it.

Always preform better with flow drills before a session but I’m DEFINITELY guilty of jumping in without prep lmao..gotta be disciplined with these lol

So am I. So am I. I think I am managing or preserving my stamina but I have found that my energy and stamina are actually better with a proper warm-up.

More sparring videos will be good for your channel. Light sparring between members of your team. A bit like the Siam boxing channel but less intense. P.S . I love your content
