Joe is a great sensei. His way of showing his knowledge is one of the best around. I cant understand why he hasn't millions of subscribers.
Loving the camera angles! I think camera work like what Brian Peterson from Teach Me Grappling does would fit your channel really well too 🙏🙏
The three principles he mentioned were1. Circle away from the back hand2. lead hand fighting3. shot selection
And the shots he liked from that stance were the back leg kick (especially to the body). The five specific kicks he liked were mentioned at ~9:00

A perfect example of hand fighting in a real fight is McGregor vs Alvarez
So fucking underrated
I really like the concept of the "open stance five" as a constructive way to work a sparring session. It'd be cool to see a deeper dive into that, where the goal is to work our way through combos and end on a specific strategic target
