I use the 3rd tactic already. Just sometimes use a fast blitz attack of 5 fast and light hands to get the opponent into highguard and then throwing a power liver punch.
4th tactic sounds interesting I will definitely will try to implement this in my sparring.
One thing you really could have add is using long guard, blinding the opponent with the lead hand right in front their face. Sometimes even with both hands and throw a low or roundhousekick.

Interesting the first kick you shown is called sankaku in Ashihara ryu Karate
The whole concept is called ghost kick in Kung Fu, sadly rarely teached nowdays

Definitely that tj dillashaw kick of the line is a very good sneaky kick,and best one was wonderboy debut in the ufc jab cross then sneaky kick around the side bang,Brazilian kick good one to,me personally though think modern day kickboxers don’t use the old school stuff hands to kicks enough,bill wallace great with sneaky kicks,guys like Andy hug Glaube feitosa,

You forgot one important one......get them to commit their weight on whichever leg you’re targeting (their front or back leg) and then strike there.
The weight loaded on the targeted leg makes it harder to defend by checking the kick.
Eg. 1-2 then everybody’s expecting the low kick and automatically raise the leg to check, you dead throwing it for a split second and as soon as it comes back down ...BAM.
Or the left hook - low kick. The left hook generally gets the person being hit to subtly load their right side to better absorb the hook. The right low kick then slams in unhindered.
Ernesto Hoost made his whole career on this.

These unpivoted low kicks... I would be very afraid from getting checked. Then the side of my leg and not my shin hits the opponents shin or even his knee. Good opportunity to break my leg?

You don't throw them with power, like he said it's more of a slapping/speed kick. If you check out Gabriel Varga talk about beating Kevin Ross, he used the same low kick, and Ross couldn't reach down to catch them fast enough. Also you use those no-pivot kicks to set up punches.

It’s a Dutch style low lick. Doesn’t have as much power but a lot faster snd good for setups

Aren’t you a bit concerned when people watching try to kick hard without pivoting their foot - let’s say without a coach- they can damage their tendons a bit? Maybe a follow up video just on throwing that kick properly with limited follow through
