Hi driver, loving your content, I've found something that might interest you. If you've ever wanted to increase the capacity of your planter if it has a hitch you can attach a three point lifter and put a platform from Emily animal pack and use the 82 studio pallets. If you could test further or even showcase this that would be awesome 😊
This feature only work's on the various tree harvestor's in the recent release of the newest DLC. And as alway's the great modder's that make the great mod's available need a bit of time to convert the previous tree harvestor's to use the new feature. Being a noob, meaning just started play since the release of the new DLC with the feature you show. I didn't realize it until, much later when I downloaded and activated an older version of the same exact machine. Becasue it had considerably more choice's in regard's to add on's and color's. The feature you show the one I got use to wasn't available. However, using the feature as much as I did. I was able to operate the machine actually faster than using the feature. So though it's a cool feature, for me it's but a learning tool.
Controls for cutting trees is okay, this is still a good addition.
The problem has always been the loading of the logs onto trailers...which they should have added an autoload option for. Lucky for PC there is a mod.
This is the biggest frustration I'm having with the DLC. I just started it last night and have wasted a ton of money leasing and trying about half of the main loading solutions. So far the best setup I've tried so far is a telehandler with the big bag handler.
I can load them quick with the new loader on the cover of the expansion pack and have never had a problem cutting them down

Your meant to be compensated for the container but that's still a crazy difference.
I've watched and find your various video's are extremely helpfull. And are utilizing a couple of your suggestion's, such as using a bag loader to load logs and the chipper one. Question: Are you on a pc or console? If pc and your using a gamepad. Is there a way you could provide your configuration's to those of us who utilize game pad's. There doesn't seem to be any video's on how to configure a game pad for any of the various device's, only how to get them to work in general. Which isn't the real issue, it's how to get them to do what the various machine's to do by reconfiguring them. All the machine's I've got have are in the config area of the game. And not one of them have any gamepad config's. I've got all the setting's set for gamepad, but only the basic walking, running and driveing seem to be configured.
Thank you and I m on console and PC. More PC recently. I haven't reconfigured my gamepad at all. I plug it in and off I go.

Is there an auto load feature for logs. I’ve just wasted my money pandering a field of tree and buying the komatsu’s and logging is so not fun. It’s a complete pisstake on console.
The shipping containers are supposed to autoload. I've been using a telehandler with the CSZ mod big bag handler for logs. It has straps that will hold the logs once you put it over them. It's much easier than a log claw. I haven't tried the container because you can only sell the entire thing, it can't be used for productions as far as I know.
Having to buy the platinum pack to use auto cut is complete bollocks. I loved this game until I started logging. Don’t even know if I wanna play it anymore if this is the best logging has to offer. It’s took me like 2 hours to cut 6 tress down and I’ve only managed to get like 8 6m in a trailer.

Are you using a mod harvester? If so it may not have that function applied yet.
