If you enjoy checking out Bangkok and other SE Asia spots, consider subscribing. I'll continue to make videos showing the streets in Bangkok and beyond. Thailand is amazing and a great place to visit, work or retire. I'll do my best to show you how to live affordably in SE Asia. Plus, enjoy some great side trips from Bangkok.
Ya man, we all have to pay it forward a little. I found a new larger apartment for $500. So I can buy that guy a tank of gas. Keep the good Karma going
Thanks for watching. I have a pretty large group of people I hang out with. No shortage of dates. I'm not big on Cowboy or Nana these days. We'll swing by once in awhile to watch the craziness. But it's like living in Vegas. You can't be on the strip every night. As far as filming at Cowboy, etc. Those channels are all getting demonitized. They are only up for super chats or Patreon. At some point they get taken down. You tube can't advertise on a red light channel. So, 99% of what I show is just the basics. Of course it's 1block away from everything else
I agree. I understand some people can only afford the bus. You can probably ride to Trat for less than $10 one-way. But, that's a long way even on a big bus. Myself, I'd rather deal with the airport. Often times it's less than a $100 round trip
Uncle joe just out of curiosity are there places in Bangkok too watch sports football baseball basketball ? Especially football 🏈 your probably a chargers fan living in San Diego for so many years! I live in mesa Arizona but I’ve been a Seattle Seahawks fan for almost 40 years now!
Ya man, go to Soi 13 and The Sportsman. Sunday night at midnight the early games start. A group of US guys are usually in there. On Tuesday morning you can go there, but if I'm awake I go to O'Shea's on Soi 33/1 for the 200 baht breakfast and Monday Night Football. You can find baseball games in the day too. I'd guess you can watch the Thu night games early Friday morning. At night, get used to watching Australian Football, Rugby and Premier Soccer. The Superbowl comes on at 6:00am. There's a small oil worker bar on Soi 4. The Tavern. They'll have NBA, NFL, whatever on, even if it's replay. That should get you started. Plenty more places
It just opened this year. Really good food. Attention to detail, like grilling the buns with a little butter. His Thai place is good too. My friend she's an accountant in the area. I offered to take her to lunch at Phed Mark. She was the one that said it was too expensive. And she drives a BMW. Thai girls have their priorities. Paying a little extra for Thai food isn't on the list

@@EagerExpat understand. I’m looking forward to Nuru massage there.
The small bus with the side doors says Chantaburi and Trat. That wouldn't be fun.

Didn't know Mark Weins had a burger joint?
