Great video! I'm having trouble with this, would help me? In the email template the box to enter content is not the same size as the header and footer, is there some way to change the size of it? I measured the size of the box and adapted my images but I didn't like the result. Besides, there is a huge blank space at the bottom. Other thing is, can I add a hyperlink to the footer image?! I want to redirect to a website. I'd really really appreciate if you help me on this, it's making me crazy!! Haha

Does lightening allow you to merge info onto a word doc and save as a PDF to send to a customer? Sometimes written emails aren't professional enough.
Usually people will use an appexchange package to accomplish this (document generation).

Hi Justin, you have to switch to Salesforce Classic, then click on "Documents" and follow the promps from there. Good luck!
