Thanks! Is the classic document image upload thing works on Lightning or is there a better solution to send images in lightning templates?

You might need to check if the image you are using directly in the enhanced letter head has the correct url. I encountered the similar problem and got to know that as soon as I insert the image or upload a new image, it had a strange url with parameters and some pdf like variables due to which it shows the image on the letterhead but when sending actual email, it doesn't renders.
