I call bullshit on him for that one. Remember the part where the other journalist in Coffee's video where he called Jeff to warn them about Eddie? Jeff cleared Eddie up, saying he trusts him because he (Jeff) knows "people in the business" who vouched for Eddie. Not to mention Coffee also spoke to Jeff and Jeff didn't want to make a comment about it (he can't obviously). But Logan saying all this makes me wonder if Jeff really is a good fit to be a manager.

Is someone allowed to sue when they buy lootbox and don't get all legendary items? There is a specific eval definition between a warranty and a guarantee, but none of that matters, because NFT's have zero protection. HOW could these animal pictures have any value? If they are so valuable, wouldn't they keep them all for them selves? You don't throw a fit when the lottery system leverages millions of dollars from people living in poverty, how interesting.

Coffeezilla probably also has insurance, I forget the exact name but it’s very common for anyone who does "investigative journalism" to have this particular insurance, and the long story short, even if it goes to court, all it will do is be a slight bump in coffees premium for a bit until he wins, barely an inconvenience.

I really loved Logan's response video and my favorite part is where he apologized to all the victims of his "hand made" NFT project. What an amazing video
It sucks that people are so quick to judge everyone with felonies. I spent six years in prison for messing up my life when I was young, but now I own a house and have a wife and two beautiful daughters and work my tail off to support my family. Yet almost every time someone finds out about my past, I am instantly deemed as a bad person.
While having to deal with that stigma sounds rough, I must say: hats off to you. Going through all that, finding yourself at the lowest point - only to climb back out and rebuild your life. Can't even begin to imagine how much effort that must've taken. Respect.

You may already be aware of this, but in this case with Zack, the criminal record was expunged. Mutahar of SomeOrdinaryGamers covered it in detail and reached out to Zack. So the upcoming trial (Logan sued Coffe now in 2024 with no game to show for) discovery process will be a hoot.

not only that he uses their apparent "history" to try to validate their lack of credibility as individuals. Yet "removes them from the team" for other purposes, of which he doesnt bring to mention bc of apparent "legal" purposes. It seems slightly placated/ironic that hes able to bring up their history and equate a lack of credibility based on those apparent facts yet cant bring to his own account the purposes to why each individual was "removed" from the development team/process in the first place, nor responding to any accounts of lack of payment for a development team which i can only attribute to him mentioning a up to 30 person "team" which is now apparently proven to be 3 individuals as an aspect of fraud by that specific team member of which was removed and an apparent source to coffee. I found that specific aspect to be a little interesting bc it seems to be the only evidence/sign/facts he really happened to mention other than any other "acts" or attributable facts based on why a member of said team was removed or "Specific" sketchy acts isolated to this crypto/nft scam project connected to paul. So considering its an investigation all we know so far is that specific dev was clearly claiming a 30+ person "team" of which they were "expected" payment for/towards which so far was proven to be a 3 man team...organization/etc....not 30 or "30" unpayed devs per ex.

The weirdest part is that Coffezilla was really unbiased about it all and by the end of the whole documentary he leaves you with the clear notion that even while the whole thing was a scam Logan still was a victim within the scam project because he was betrayed by his scam partners. Logan could have played it from the apologetic angle and admit to as much of it as possible that wouldn't send him straight to jail and promise he's still putting money and work into it to make it work and seek legal action against his partners instead of picking a fight with the investigator that was really fucking fair about it all.

That is not how the law works for recording with or without consent at all. As long as the person doing the recording is in a one party consent jurisdiction, which is many States in the US, it is not illegal to record without the knowledge or permission of the other person. It's only in two party consent States this is required.
When Logan says "all NFT's are just a picture", and shows the clip from Coffee, it is talking about the FACT that the person saying he was NOT able to hatch his "eggs" (because "Cross Hatching" was shut down). At the time of the interview, this person only had pictures of the eggs he bought, and was not able to do anything with them. Which makes the picture he has not actually be an NTF, as they only become "NFT's" once they are hatched, as the egg is worth nothing, and cannot be traded, so therefore cannot be an NFT.

Money doesn't come from nowhere.
That money came from many others who played and lost, so ultimately the vast majority will lose money to a minority.
Given this, Logan's statement is wrong, and he knows it, it should be "Play this game and lose money"

This is called insider trading. He was waiting for all his fans to invest and raise the price of the coins that he owned.
Once the coins raised price, he and his friends were going to sell all at once, plummeting Zoo coins into the ground and making them worthless and all the while, ripping off his fans.
Insider trading is illegal, and people go to jail for a long time for this, but a gambling game's laws with crypto is different.

The thick irony in all of this is that Logan Paul, in his video, is accusing coffeezilla of maliciously defaming him while at the same time maliciously defaming coffeezilla in the process. Logan Paul’s lack of self awareness is astounding. It’s the pot calling the kettle black but being completely wrong at the same time because the kettle is green. It’s hard to even put into words to describe the situation. I hope my description is somewhat clear.

Good thing about hiring criminals is you can use your good reputation as a weapon against them. People will believe you over them just based on that fact alone. They make good scapegoats.
Logan’s problem is this, if he takes this to court he is going to have to prove their problem statements Coffeezilla said are true or false. Whichever way they dispute it. He can not do that. Logan will fail on this.

Thats the dumbest part, imagine trying to get away with that in a real career. Managers are often held responsible for the people they hire, and they should be haha. You should always do the proper criminal checks before you hire someone.

He doesn't have a case for lawsuit, a judge would throw it out because of anti slapp laws, plus it's no use to intimidate with the lawsuit because most probably coffee has an insurance meant for media which covers he's lawsuit. Meaning he won't need to put a dime towards the case even if it would go forward (which it won't)
Would logan have the same insurance and would it cover his lawsuit?
