Then one day it opens up again with a notice that is like “did we screw you over? Turn in your chips for a (partial) refund.” But you’re like “I lost my house, those chips got destroyed. You have the records of me buying from you and it really seems like you did something illegal. Now because I don’t have the chips you sold me when you scammed me, you get away with it?” Logan scammed his investors. That can’t be viewed the same as a risky investment.
