Milwaukee is KILIING IT! That 550 ft pounds of torque at 12 volts compact will get a lot of people in the know to switch to team red.

Damn,i never understood why people get so hyped over tool companies and Rock their brands like their favorite sports team. never had this problem before.....and then I bought the fuel m12 impact and drill during home depots sales...and then a few days later i was like, "i guees i need a fuel rachet too.. and a few high output batteries and a 120 bit set while im at it..." Then i found myself looking through more of the Milwaukee deals and now im watching this...i feel like theres a serious problem that im starting to develop here 😂😂😂

Next step is a cap nailer/stapler for house wrap and roofing felt. Wouldnt think it would take too much to adapt a nailer/stapler but trying to feed the caps is probably the issue.
Was hoping they had new sanders but literally just looks like a rebranded bosch was hoping for something more comparable to a festool

Ok now….. I remember the same dude when the new 6.5” saw was announced a year ago being a little hyped up tooo much. Now he’s doing the new saws here and he may be tweekin. Been around construction sites enough to know one when I see one. Either that or he’s just hyper and very enthusiastic about circ saws!
19:29 i’m getting that roofing nailer and I don’t even need it. I have the 21° and 30° framing nailer from Milwaukee for about two years and I haven’t even use them yet.

that rolling tool box is good but how would it be trying to open on a uneven surface.
It wouldn't. You'll need a flat surface, and you'll need to keep at least a small area of it swept. :)

I've been asking about a coil nailer for years I even talked to some of the reps a couple years ago and said they were in the works..... It's pretty much the only DeWalt tool that I have is the coil nailer but that thing looks even better. I'm a commercial roofer so I use it for metal edge sometimes we put on a thousand feet!!
Hope Milwaukee will get a 10k lumens light like Bosch or Scangrip has. Painting contractor really need that.
It seems to me that Milwaukee looks to be blatantly copying a signifucant amount of Bosch's best tools inovations, as well as the form factor. Especially in the woodworking category Milwaukee has entered. Their lineup is basically all stolen from Bosch. If you painted alot of these tools blue you wouldnt be able to tell me whicb was Milwaukee and which was bosch. I cant be the only one seeing this.

sidenote improving the m12 mount is a huge concern with holding the battery/stressing the prongs. glad they addressed that. con is no more mode button so clicking that trigger more often means faster wear and tear.
Milwaukee is killing the game and only flex has any hope of catching up at this point. DeWalt's new hammerdrill is from torque test channel leaked, believed to be the best on the market but it took em too long especially with the complaints of honoring warranties and bad customer service to many tools.

I was just thinking a couple days before pipeline that a battery pack light would be really nice to have. I’m happy to see they made one, but it’s not on OPT’s site to pre-order. Neither is the 7 1/4 rear handle or the new power head for OPE. I really wish these things were more readily available sooner. I understand getting people excited, but as Jim Gaffigan once joked, “I’d like the cheesburger… Where is it?” 😂

I’ve heard all this from Milwaukee before like the GEN4 was the strongest drill/hammer drill on the market period… it wasn’t
30% more compact and 90% more unreliable, like most of milwaukees most recent impacts 😢 gone from being world leaders to an absolute joke.

Bummed out on the DJI microphones you’re using. Wanted to get a set for myself after seeing a bunch of good reviews, but if this is real world usage I might have to skip them and get the Rode mics instead. Content was great, sound…not so much.
We had a few issues for a few reasons. We were forced to buy the DJI II on the way to the event. Sarah used our first gen DJI mics for our show footage. I used the new II for live, and never got to set them up.
Second, I kept putting them next to each other on my badge before I discovered that was detrimental to quality.
Lastly, our WIFI was not reliable, and caused problems in the stream.
We have owned and used several Rode sets, and would chose the DJI every time. It’s far superior. I just needed to setup the new set to avoid peaking. That’s on me, and due to our rushed schedule. It will work better after setting it up.

@@Lostin2024 you’ve no idea. If I can’t produce a high quality stream, I rather not go live. I own the mic problems. Won’t let that happen again. But the WiFi is supposed to be “world class”.

Really want to build a cellular backpack and split the feed up over 4 phones. Stop relying on WiFi. But that’s expensive.

I dont understand, did he just say that air flow ads to the heat and doesnt help cooling when talking about the new circ saw motor?
I could be partially wrong: It doesn’t add to the heat but air is a poor conductor of heat. That’s why in cars, you need to bleed the air out of the cooling system so you don’t risk overheating the engine with air pockets. Similar concept to flashlights, computers, etc. they use metal, paste or both to dissipate the heat away before air contact. Basically, the more conductive material in the motor, the faster the heat can dissipate away.
Just in time saved me from buying the Dewalt 1/2 DCF921. I already own a few 3/8 stubby's, but going to upgrade to these ASAP!!!! 550ft is almost Gen 1 Midtorque territory crazy power👍🏻💪
Man. I'm on Team yellow. But that new stubby and Milwaukee's no nonsense of what is what, has me tipping towards switching to the dark side.
