Ghee is high in Omega 6? That is not good. Most of us need less Omega 6 more Omega 3.

    The health benefits of ghee:
    1. It doesn’t stimulate insulin
    2. It has lutein (it’s good for your eyes)
    3. It decreases your appetite and helps you fast longer
    4. It contains important fat-soluble vitamins
    5. It is more easily digested than other fats
    6. It contains MCT fats (which are used as energy and are easily digested)
    7. It has short-chain fatty acids (which are good for gut health)
    8. It has CLA (it’s anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergy)

      Nutritional value of Ghee:
Ghee is purely fat and has no significant amount of proteins, carbohydrates, sugar or fibre. 100 ml of ghee contains almost 99.8 grams of fat. Most of the fat present in ghee is saturated fat. But traces of proteins may be left over in the ghee if milk solids (whey) are not completely removed in the clarification process.
Ghee, a clarified form of butter, is rich in healthy fats that can enhance the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins in milk, aiding in better nutrient utilization. This concoction can be calorie-dense, making it beneficial for weight gain and muscle building.
      Why do bodybuilders use ghee?
Ghee contains omega-3 fatty acid DHA and omega 6 (CLA). These fats can help in increasing lean body mass while also reducing fat mass. Ghee also helps in mobilising fat cells to be burnt for energy.
