Wow, thanks so much for this video. I have to replace the thermal glass modules in two picture windows. The manufacturer is selling me the glass modules at a prorated warranty discount, but I need to get them installed. I was getting quotes of $1,200 to install the glass in two windows. Now that I see what's involved, I see how ridiculous those quotes are and I think I will just go out and get a couple of suction cups and a plastic hammer and do it myself.

How do you remove the glass intact on a crank out window that's very old.thick 65 yr old glazing material. I need to put in window ac like TODAY! Triple digit temps already!
You do not put setting blocks on the side of the glass nor above the glass because your glass needs to expand during the seasons buddy so that means the seals gonna blow at some point
Seriously who really needs to go to glazier school to really learn this or call a professional glazier and waste money if you can do this on your own from learning from youtube. Not unless your lazy and don't wanna do it or are just not a handy person. All you need is the proper tools in which you can buy at lowes, home depot or any hardware store to replace a window. This will put all the glaziers out of business. Thanks youtube!!
Just wondering why the redundancy? You must like to hear yourself talk? Because as far as I can tell, You show a picture of all tools that one would need? and you have inserted visual prompts every step? So why is your mouth running? Its annoying to those of us with eyes and a brain.

Any tips on removing window that is not cracked but broken? There are still big portions still stuck in.
What adhesive are you supposed to use!?
A good quality silicone caulk should be quite satisfactory.
