Soon after beginning to practice Dr Joe’s meditations, Giselle had a profound, mystical experience. As she opened her heart, her energy changed. And, in her own words, she was “baptized with love.” Finally free of life-threatening anxiety and depression, Giselle saved her own life.
Recorded at the Cancun Week Long Advanced Retreat in December 2021
Dr. Joe completely changed my life. Got rid of 15 years of depression, loneliness. Lost 15 kilos of weight, got 1200 metres more to my cooper test, turned my company from the gates of bankrupcy into profit, estiblished 3 more companies. Not been sick once after this. Basically addicted myself to the positive.

I think she healed herself at home. 😉 It seems to me that the key is intensity. How often you meditate a day. The more times a day, the quicker the results kick in. The events act as an accerator only, it doesn’t mean you cannot achieve the same at home. 😉

Thanks for sharing your story Giselle. I use to be severely depressed and anorexic as a teenager so I can relate. I came through the anorexia and depression on my own. It wasn't until a few years ago when I got very sick and couldn't work that I discovered Dr. Joe. I do the meditations and work everyday. I'm excited to see my visions come to life. I did get the message to start a meditation group during one of my meditations so I did. I already started my TH-cam channel before I got deep into meditating.
