Sauna Mart if u can follow his meditations & bring that state of blessfulness then u got there . Just don’t push it but surrender to it ! . I also light a candle in graving in it “ Iam a vertex of miracles now . A 3rd Tesla technique is the 3.6.9. It is a writing process do 3 times a day . Ie . In the morning write down (3 times )“ eg. “Abundance is wherever I turn “ . Then midday write down 6 times , then at evening write it 9 times . The key is to have the correct mind set after coming of meditation , knowing u r living the moment & having a smile on ! 👌🥰💤

Wow, I had a similar experience this year, in my environment. Thought I was dying. I hadn’t realized it was a panic attack. My chiropractor realized it and gently let me know. I’m starting to do Dr. Joe’s guided meditations. I just started and already am having powerful experiences. I so want to go to a retreat. This work is so exciting!

Opening all energy centers and all rainbow colours does not mean you are waving "gay's flag". When you know love you may be completely stable inside, no matter other's judgements. Whats going on guys. Ive read some dispenza books and i loved it. I do the meditations for around a 2 months now, I feel literaly like a newborn. :) Like completely new person. But money just startet to run away from me. Litteraly I feel complete abundance in me, but I never been in such financial condition in my life on physical plane. Like if God wont stop this madness I will be out of food soon :D Whats up? is my energy wicked? Someone got same expeirence before? Bcs ive been stable financialy for years and suddenly im broke it cant be coinsidence.

I feel bad for this guy. His uncomfortable swaying back and forth. Still weak and lost. He can get as strong as he wants but still hurting. Sad body language. But Dr Joe isn’t done with him yet

Thats cause happiness is made on the inside not the outside. If you keep thinking bad thoughts and feeling bad feelings then that’s your program. You’ll look in the mirror and see something negative out of your perspective.

The whole hugging part was a bit weird , though i do want to get into his work i cant help by feeling that was a bit unprofessional all that hugging and kissing him on the neck from just watching it , i do hope it was from a place within the context of the retreat that deemed that behaviour more appropriate

That would not be cool with me. And I think when someone just goes in like that... what are you supposed to do if you don't want that kind of physical contact, stiff arm them, as they're coming in?

Freedom from fear and in the state of genuine love...it isn’t awkward. No self-consciousness. It can be done when the heart is pure and the affection that was displayed by Dr Dispenza was pure and it was received by the guest as pure.

I had panic disorder, agoraphobia, and deep depression in 1999. Long story leading up to it and and a long story getting out. I overcame on my own through perseverance, visual aids I made, and self talk, while family and friends wanted me to get on meds. I did feel so alone until I met a psychologist online from Oregon whom had developed a Healing Panic program and ultimately asked me to moderate his message board. I met SO many people there from all over the world who were suffering. By helping them I continued to help myself. I so wish I had known of Dr. Joe then. I knew I could physically feel a brain shift back then, before and after and he is helping me to understand why. Would love to come to one of his seminars one day. Thank you Dr. Joe!
Oh my gosh Angie...thank you for posting. I was diagnosed back in the late 80's, early 90's with agoraphobia while basically locked in my life and surroundings. I has no idea what waa happening and waa told once you name a situation it starts to clear up. Well for a moment it didn't. I'm better today but didn't realize the level of anger I harboured during that time bit I've since healed quite a bit since then. Now I'm doing this work alone in the sense of meditating and looking at me, desyfering details which will bring me to a new place of freedom. I hope to be able to make it to a workshop or gathering soon...I really need this...Thx again!

Moral of this story: Put in Joe’s work for up to 6-8 hours a day, and amazing things can happen. Thank you for this story. It gives hope for all of us. If he can do it anyone can! The words Joe says in the middle and at the end is so important!!! What a blessing all of this is 😌
You can start super small if you need you dot need to do 6-8 hours but if you do yeah that will definitely accelerate!

So connected to ppl w stories of depression, it was basically my whole identity for so long. I believe in this, in us, in OUR POWER to heal ourselves physically and mentally! I love you all so much, everyone here putting their all into proving this to ourselves, creating a way for others to discover the power within them. I remember when I was depressed watching Dr. Joe, looking for videos of him talking ab healing depression and I thought he doesn't really care ab people w depression, he doesn't get it. I only thought that bc I was hurting and obvi looking for my greatest inspiration to validate my pain. Those of us who have struggled w depression get it when we try to express to people who are still struggling what is possible for them and they completely shut it down, sometimes get mad at the suggestions, clinging onto their apathy, despair, and victim mentality. BUT GUYS we're the ones who will do this. Who will do the "impossible". Who will tell the story of how we went from misery to BLISS. Isn't it incredible what we know now. I am just so grateful to live in this time of going beyond and breaking through barriers that most other people still believe exist. We are the chosen ones.
