Hi Serkannn, there is no correct way to do anything relative to healing and there is beauty in that.🙂 You can decide there is a possibility in the quantum field for you to feel better. You can look at the habitual thoughts you have that pull your vibration down and decide you are going to move towards that elevated feeling. Choosing to do that every day is the work of healing. Opening your eyes to the good in your present moment is the work of healing. You are healed right now if you believe it🙌🏿
Continuing to do Dr Joe’s work everyday There’s no right way. It’s a choice to not want to stay in the space you’re in, making a decision that you are ready to move from that. Then, doing the meditations and listening to Dr Joe and his explanations. Your way will be the right way 💗
Depression is very individual. The first step however is to choose change. How do you want to feel? Once you choose to change and then pick your destination focus on what you do when you feel like that. Use your imagination. Find yourself 2 or 3 people who are willing to help you stay focused on your new choice.

I completely understand. True love is so powerful, when you lose a person that triggered that frequency it's a depression for life unless you find a way to wake up that within you. It's not chemistry, it's not physical, it's divine love that once tasted cannot be forgotten or replaced.
Wow this was so needed for me as my big love in life and the love I felt for him was everything I ever wanted, it was heaven on earth. But he turned to fear after a while and choose control and negative emotions which destroyed me but today I see him as my biggest teacher for making me do this work and all I want for him is to heal and feel the love instead of the fear. I had this realization today that there are really just two states of being I experience in my life: living with an open heart and living with a closed heart. Today my heart is closed off because I had a challenging situation yesterday. I want to connect back to the open heart I had a few days ago in my meditation. Now I realized I only have to connect to the frequency of love. I had very early trauma, probably beginning in the womb. So the concept of "the love that we had" is not accessible. My very Story! I Love a man so much..but he left me and I have grieved for 20 years. LOVE is So Important..but I Needed to learn to Love Myself and I want a Love like the Love I had with this man. Actually..I still want him back..but at least I understand Better. I just need to Tap into the Love too. I have lost other special people too..including two of my children to death. I have moved away from family both parents passed away and EX boyfriends have fallen away. I was doing a meditation blessing of the energy centres 1 and I felt the Grief alongside the love as I was tuning into my heart. The grief was for my Dad not being around physically I definitely know he is here spiritually and the energy doesn’t effect me because I feel him now. But, it reminds me of the love I had in the past and this is where I need to bridge the gap. Shift past the grief that doesn’t serve.
