The Greater Bluffton Area includes Hardeeville, Ridgeland, Hilton Head Island, Okatie, and The Town of Bluffton. People move to Bluffton for the laid back lifestyle and sublime beauty. What's not to like? Great weather and friendly people year-round with so many activities boredom becomes a choice!
@@TheYostGroup Thanks for Commenting and Accepting of us Up North transplants. But i will say this. When i move down south i want to Integrate to the south. Not " Bring the North down here" I appreciate the pace of life and ability to try new places. Hope that helps. thx
@@horseplop9 we have been here six years now and in our experience everyone leaves the North behind. I have a friend that describes himself before and after the move as Angry Chuck (before) and Nice Chuck (now).
We (The Realtors) have not been able to go back in yet to see the progress. But the Guard Gate is going in. It's a great location and K. Hovnanian builds a great house so I look for it to be all positive!
Moss Creek is a great area! it is located just before going over the bridge to Hilton Head. The community has a lot of options from cottages to mansions and prices vary due to location, age, and size of the home. Everyone pays the association fee of $4935 annually. Moss Creek has a lot of amenities including golf, tennis, fitness, boating, etc. Participating in the activities is optional and can be paid via an annual fee or ala carte. This makes Moss Creek more affordable when compared to other all-inclusive communities. :-)

Love the videos. Having our house built in HHL starting in January. Maybe we will meet somewhere.
Welcome! You'll be surprised how small town the area is. There is a good chance we will meet somewhere!
I misunderstood! If you are building in HHL we will definitely run into each other!
Hi, hope we can go in July to check out. Can not be at Cold weather any more
That would be great! Just let us know when you're coming into town and we can schedule a tour for you.
