@@carolynwelch8419 Oh thank you so much. But I’ve lived in the low country for 40 years or so. We are just moving over from historic downtown Port Royal to Bluffton. My husband owns a lot in the promenade. He is going to build his commercial building down there. I do not want him driving through that Okatie death trap every morning. I’ve lived in historic downtown Port Royal for 25+ years. So I am looking forward to the change. We’re going to bulldoze what’s on our property here and build live work units. In preparation for that port of Port Royal don’t you know!
Great job! We visit a 2 or 3 times a year from New York and I think you got everything. I'd add the Cottage and Cahill's Market & Chicken Kitchen. Our kids love the play ground with the pirate ship. I'm trying to convince my husband to move down!
I have only been to Myrtle beach, and only once, I would love to go to Hilton head one day, anyway my question is are their any moderate price houses ( preferably brick ) that are fairly new not in a 55+ community don’t mind hoa fee but prefer not to have one depends on the benefits of the community but don’t want 55+ cause at least one of my grandkids would be spending a lot of time with us to the point of almost living with us. Bluffton or similar area doesn’t have to be Hilton head
We’ve got lots of stuff! History, lots of waterways for boating, fishing, beaches, great places to eat, shopping, even a drive in movie theatre. Great location close to Savannah & Charleston.

Wanda, Bluffton is just over the Hilton Head bridge. Once you get on the mainland, you are in Bluffton!!
