Great channel. Your presentation is fantastic very calm and relaxing. Can't stand those hyper people. Gets me irritated trying to follow what are trying to say. ☺️
I'm finding all your tutorials very informative and they are helping in my recovery. After being fobbed off by my GP surgery in the UK I've researched myself and thankfully discovered you on TH-cam. Thank you again
Wow! Thank you very much. I did the zip loc, I was able to do a few seconds the first time... felt a lot better. Will be using this everytime my anxiety kicks in.
Excellent ! I will try this , I had one night when the panic stayed all night long and I woke up a mess I didn’t know how I would get through another day I wish I had found your Chanel sooner, you are going to be really helpful to me I can tell , thank you 🙏🏻
I love how you come across and your time of voice. I have problems with daily dizziness and when I get into cold water I almost feel like falling, any idea why this happens? I appreciate your insight on this🙏🏻
Thankyou . You have helped me greatly to reduce my heart rate during a panic attack i tried the ice of face method .it .works !!! ,,🙏💝 Thankyou god bless
Thank you Kyle. These have been so helpful…esp noticing how much more movement yr exercises have given my body. Love the painting btw…is it somewhere in the US? Im from Africa and it looks similar to our semi desert.
You're welcome 😊 I'm so glad it's been helpful. Regarding the painting, I honestly couldn't say. There was no location of it when I purchased it. Also, so it's so awesome you're seeing this from Africa. All the best!
Very helpful. I had my first panic attack, and my body remained in fight/flight mode long after, it was awful! 😬 I’ve been experiencing my body feeling anxious but without any discernible external reason. These techniques , along with other vagus nerve techniques, help my body to calm down Thanks 🙏🏻
Hello! Very cool you're seeing this over in Bulgaria. Unfortunately, nothing that I can recommend. Best thing is to check with your doctor, get a full bloodwork done and see what areas you might be able to increase or decrease in terms of vitamins and minerals. Wishing you the best 😊
This may be related, where our body will experience similar responses in the cold plunge, but I could not be sure as I don't know the science behind the cold plunge movement.

Crying releases resistance, so while it may feel embarassing to do so, you'll feel better if you can express what you're feeling. Hopefully it's in a situation where you can excuse yourself, but if not, just go with it. Today's society is much more understanding than it used to be :0).
This is great, but I guess I was expecting something a bit more ‘practical for public use’ with the title being notated for emergencies… Do you have any suggestions for things one can do covertly? As in, at a work or social gathering?
Good question, eating disorders can have many layers, often related to trauma. Trauma relates to our vagal nerve function. I'd say inquire more with a local practitioner who specializes in ED. All the best!
Yup...I do use cold water or ice on my face, neck, head and hands to activate my PS when having anxiety or a panic attack. Sometimes helps sometimes doesn't. But is definitely a good trick to know. I also massage or apply pressure on certain areas on my face, ears, hands. In addition my partner massages my legs gently when I have a panic attack and start shaking really bad. It helps my body to calm down and feel present. Great tips! 🙏✨🫶

Hello! How are you feeling now?
Greetings from Bulgaria,
Would you recommend any supplements, vitamins, minerals, or combinations of all for vagus nerve

Is this why there has been a new movement of cold plunge?
This may be related, where our body will experience similar responses in the cold plunge, but I could not be sure as I don't know the science behind the cold plunge movement.

Is there any method to stop yourself from crying when you are not in an appropriate place to cry? Ty!🙏
Good question and I'm uncertain on this. I'd invite you to consult with a local mental health practitioner on this one. All the best!
@@CalmwithKyle ty for your reply.

Greetings from N. Illinois😊 can you clarify: when you say put your head in the cold ice water, do you mean your face or your whole head ?!
Hello! Submerging your face is enough to do the trick
So according to your speech, can we bath by cold water in nerve problem?
Good question. Cold water can have the same effect, yes. Although, you'll want to check with your doctor before trying any of this. All the best!
Wimm Hoffman, The Iceman, has proven that bathing in cold water is beneficial.
This is great, but I guess I was expecting something a bit more ‘practical for public use’ with the title being notated for emergencies… Do you have any suggestions for things one can do covertly? As in, at a work or social gathering?
Yes, I have a video on Acupressure that is more applicable for public use.

why if you have an eating disorder, what is the connection?

Why do I feel nauseated when I do exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve?
Hey it’s been 4 months, we need more content!
In due time, more content will come!
Maybe he's been overwhelmed. :) And I hope he's taking the rest he needs!
