jessica wise The "small amount" of heavy cream DOES matter, it's literally just fat. 1tbsp (15g) of heavy cream= 3.5g Saturated Fat. Also, the unicorn Frap is literally Just sugar (~50g of sugar for a grande!)

I am a Starbucks partner as well and the Almond Milk has less sugar than the soy and coconut milk, but IT IS SWEETENED with cane sugar. And for anyone trying to live a healthy lifestyle, sugesting synthetically made sugar-free options is leading them down the wrong path. It is almost the equivalent of asking if they want chemicals in their cup. I dont mean to come off too harsh, but please do your research before trying to eduate people about healthy alternatives.

Bunny the best for teens would be the first 4. But the very least caffeinated are the the passion tea and iced chai tea latte. More natural caffeine. The machiattos aren’t bad either but Starbucks caffeine is pretty strong. So if u like the taste of caffeine Ull be fine. Otherwise it can taste a little bitter. Or u can also feel jittery if ur body can’t take a lot of caffeine. It’s all personal preference. I’m 24 but I personally don’t like caffeine so if or when I get it I’ll order a grande or venti with only 1 shot of espresso so it’s more diluted.

XO, Logan I do keto and I always get an iced coffee, no classic, with sf vanilla and just a splash of heavy cream. My husband goes for the sf cinnamon dolce. And if it's not sweet enough I'll add a few drops of liquid stevia or they have monkfruit sweetener packets, you can also do this as hot coffee. And when I upped my carbs I was able to get just 1 pump pumpkin spice, but definitely didn't eat more than 10 carbs that day food wise. If you do get hot coffee, there are some Starbucks that carry the little kerrygold butter packs that I throw in to up the fat.
I'm not super familiar with keto diets but I would assume using whole milk or even half and half for your beverages would give you a better fat content. Like the flat white drinks are made with whole milk but you can ask for any of them to be made with it, or if you're looking for them to be made with half and half, as for them to be "breve". I'm a current partner at Starbucks and I steer clear of the sugary drinks. Get yourself an Americano with a splash of half and half, whole milk or heavy cream, ask for a latte to be made with whole or half and half, or anything like that. Even a cafe misto, which is just half coffee and half steamed milk of your choice.
Erica Yambrick best milk used for Keto is usually unsweetened almond milk or like the sorts. With whole milk and creams you have to be careful of the sugar. Sugar is carbs. We can have heavy cream though.
I'm a current partner and at least where I am in the US, neither of those choices come with a skinny, sugar free syrup option. The skinniest you could get them for both hot and cold would be to ask for nonfat milk and less pumps of the syrup. Tall drinks come with 3 pumps, Grande comes with 4, Venti comes with 5 in hot drinks. In cold drinks, Venti size comes with 6 pumps. Typically 1 or 2 is good enough in my opinion. Also get no whipped topping on either.
one of my fave iced drinks from sbux is a iced caramel macchiato but with mocha sauce as drizzle instead of caramel! (it ends up tasting like a less intensely chocolatey mocha... almost like coffee chocolate milk haha) I'm gonna try the healthier version with the skinny vanilla and skinny mocha and see how it is!!
I wish they still had skinny mochas. 😫 I was so looking forward to my venti skinny peppermint mocha for under 200 calories when it started to get cold last year and when they told me they got rid of the skinny mochas, my heart broke just a little bit. Now my go-to lower calorie drink is the skinny caramel macchiato. ❤ My favorite drink when I don't care about calories is the peppermint white mocha, iced or hot, nonfat no whip (just because I prefer it that way and hate whipped cream). Sooo good, but 400 calories for a grande biiiiiiitch. Worth it though.

Starbucks has plenty of tea options, both hot and cold. For your reward you could always try some sort of tea latte and just ask for everything to be unsweetened. Iced tea drinks come sweetened by default with liquid cane sugar so it's important you make sure you ask for it not to be.
Jessica Rivera the matcha green tea powder has sugar mixed in, I always ask for sugar free and it's still slightly sweet. It's perfect iced with coconut milk.

Stephanie Piñon nonfat milk/non dairy option and no whip cream are the only way to get a healthier version of a white chocolate mocha. and maybe lessen the pumps of WM sauce that goes in it. it will change the taste of the drink however .
Stephanie Piñon yeah, so definitely making it a skinny will help. i don't believe nonfat milk has a different taste, but it also takes out the whip, which i always get taken off anyways. if you lessen the amount of white mocha it will taste different, but until starbucks has a white mocha you can't really make it healthier

I think Stevia would be ok to use. Shouldn't make you crave sugar. That s what I was told to put in Starbucks drinks instead of splenda.

how many calories are in the Americano drink? i just got it and loved it. It says 10 calories but I thought the video mentioned 45 cal.

an iced coffee blended! get it just plain regular iced coffee no additives. when it's blended you can add your own kind of sweetner for more flavor

Stephanie Piñon nonfat milk/non dairy option and no whip cream are the only way to get a healthier version of a white chocolate mocha. and maybe lessen the pumps of WM sauce that goes in it. it will change the taste of the drink however .
Stephanie Piñon yeah, so definitely making it a skinny will help. i don't believe nonfat milk has a different taste, but it also takes out the whip, which i always get taken off anyways. if you lessen the amount of white mocha it will taste different, but until starbucks has a white mocha you can't really make it healthier
