Target doesn’t give you tips?! Girl you’re a good ass barista, apply to a real Starbucks where they give you tips based on how many hours you work each week
@@coffeepeachesplansshe works for Target. Starbucks in Targets mean you work for Starbucks but are considered employed by Target, which is why partners from individual stores can’t use their partner numbers at Targets and Krogers usually.

yeah starbucks the corporation has nothing to do with this, it’s all target. and to some degree i get it because if we could get tips we’d be making more than all the other departments who are supposed to be on the same level as us, but it still sucks to have to turn money down like that.

Starbucks customer pro tip: never order a shaken espresso drink without ice. It's dangerous for baristas to shake with no ice because the espresso is freshly poured and very hot!
Do they really have to shake drinks that don't have ice? Can they not rotate the mix cup with their wrist or stir it with a wooden stirrer/spoon? That's stupid if they're forced to shake drinks like that. :^|
Love this video! Also made me realise how boring UK Starbucks is. We have the most basic drinks and we can't customise them as much compared to the US :(
