- In this video I preserve beetroot, by pickling in a sweetened vinegar solution and storing in Kilner jars. The pickling solution used is:
1000mL Hazlemere 5% distilled white vinegar (from Morrison’s supermarket)
568mL Bramwells distilled vinegar (from Aldi supermarket)
500mL Water
400g granulated sugar
