My friend charles has one, i now have a job working 10 hrs a day at 18.75 to afford to get one. Motivation isn't there, but it'll be fun getting around on instead of worrying about my car blowing up. That's the motivation for the job, not the bike.
@@bergenson3681 tbh same but i work as a fulfillment center for amazon and my location on 80 degree days its like 90 to 100 inside on the first floor but ay its an easy job
@Ebayturbokit they terminated me I was seasonal so it's alright, I'm back on the search for a job again I joined at the end of the seasonal so it's aight made like 800
That looks like a blast. i rode on back of friends hodaka, in 1980. We were going as fast as you here. Back then the gas tank rear was almost vertical. We couldnt make a corner at that speed and hit a tree, my body squished against my friend and he wracked his juevos real bad. I can still see the pain in his eyes, he is mad at me to this day 44 years later...his name is Scott H. From Lake Arrowhead, Ca.....be careful bro.
If you really wanna ride on rough stuff, I would recommend upgrading wheels and tires to 19/16 or 21/18 (I went with 21/18 as like you, got lots of rocks and stumps in Portland) but more importantly invest in EXT Ferro shocks. They are game changers, best fork I have ridden and I got lots of experience on dirtbikes and mountain bikes. OIne of the few if only shocks specifically made for E Motos.
I agree it is already happening to some extent. My first dirt bike was going to be a Kawasaki or a Suzuki, but now I am buying one of these instead. These are just so accessible, they will only keep getting better. Although this is better than a similar priced stock Surron, Surron has the advantage of a growing dealership network.
I bought one they are a blast But! I got hurt on my second day of owning it. Now I have to wait 3 weeks so I can ride again but I cant wait I have it in my living room I sit on it and watch TV.
The surron is a bit cheaper to buy. But if you wanted to make it 72v and have similar power, resorting the suspension to a heavier weight, etc... It would cost far more. I think the eride is a better value therfore.
25 miles without it slowing down at my pace. 30 mikes and your crawling back in creep mode. If you use eco and aren't riding hard you might be able to get 40.
Hello, I also bought an e Ride. And can not drive on the rear wheel because the brake interrupts the gas acceptance. Do you have a trick to turn it off?
I've got the mitas mx-sm 70/100 x 19 in front, it's exceptional. The rear I installed the tusk ewire 80/90 x 19.. I'm not impressed. The aspect is too small (low) and the rubber too hard. It makes traction on loam and sand, but rocks, roots, etc it's terrible. Ultimately I think I will end up 18/21 but I'm trying to get the stock wheels to be useful. I also installed tubliss in front and a mousse in the rear. Lot of custom work to get that to work. Tubliss needed a 19 inch rear inner with a 21 inch beadlock to fit the rim. The mousse is a used 21 front plushie with a bunch of height shaved off to fit the small aspect tire. I'll post a video soon of that install.
@@cbc76am my typical ride is a 30 mile loop of similar terrain. I’m on the fence, I had a surron but stock there was no way it would get me back to the truck. I really am considering the eride pro SS.
It's a dirtbike and mtn bike trial. The risk is on coming traffic as it's not directional. That said, as the only car in the parking lot on a week day, low risk.

Probably at some point. But for now I have 3 gas bikes to use still too. :)
Surrons are killing Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki and KTM's bottom line. A new era has arrived.
@@shockadellicklol never gonna happen,

I’m pretty sure that e ride sells this foam kit for the battery rattle

Wicked ridin! Got u a sub!
Could you show or type out a setup on the bike made for a place like LA? Gonna use this bike for commuting and stuff like that
Nice, I just heard about E-Ride Pros. which one is generally cheaper to buy Surrons or E-Ride Pros?
The surron is a bit cheaper to buy. But if you wanted to make it 72v and have similar power, resorting the suspension to a heavier weight, etc... It would cost far more. I think the eride is a better value therfore.
Very Nice. How tall are you and how did you adjust the surron to your size?
Easy, warp 9 riser, and pegs w adjustable peg mount. I'm 6' tall.
Hey curious what battery life is looking like while riding like this . I want to huy one but not sure ill be able to ride all day with my friends

Remove the brake sensors, kick stand sensor, and tip over sensor. They can all be unplugged. Many TH-cam videos showing how.
Nice rip bro
What brand and size tires did you go with ?

Where is this trail?
Plain Washington
Whats the weight limit on that bike?
I think like 250 would be max. But it's not spring for over 200.
What kind of range did you get?
25 miles is no problem even while pushing it. Asking for more gets you into limp mode but still has another 5 or so like that.
@@cbc76am my typical ride is a 30 mile loop of similar terrain. I’m on the fence, I had a surron but stock there was no way it would get me back to the truck. I really am considering the eride pro SS.
GoPro oder DJI?
GoPro Hero 11Mini on Django Gripper Chin Mount
Ultra bee is faster than eride pro on single track?
No idea. I'd think so, although not as nimble. Depending on how tight the trail is... I could see some that the E-ride would be quicker.
The idea that you can seriously hurt yourself doing this, makes me want to click off on your vid, bro!
You should subscribe.. Lots more content I'm editing this week, far more gnarly than this ride.
Hopefully this isn’t a trail that folks on bicycles, pedestrians, or folks walking their dogs might be on! Looks pretty irresponsible to me.

Moderate risk would probably be more accurate
