Wow! Its so much there rhat reminds me of myself and my own collection. I see your interrests when you were a kid mirror the interrests i had as a kid and still as adults. Id probably love having you as a friend back in early 80’s
Thanks Chris, that is fun to hear. There are so many of us that grew up on these same toys and after school cartoons in the 80s. Glad you enjoyed the video. If you're ever in the Boston area, hit me up!
Glad to finally see an example of displaying the Marvel Kenner line! I’ve just begun to collect them and can’t find any examples anywhere on displaying them out of packaging! They look look great brother along with the other areas of your collection. You have a new sub now.
Thanks Noah, appreciate the comment and sub! The idea of the high rise Baxter building just came to me when I saw it at the second hand store. I think it works well for the loose display!
11:56 my best friend stepped on my XWing, and broke it as well. I glued the wing to the other wing, but I could never use the battle formation. Only one wing would open and it looked goofy. And yep, I still hold a grudge too! Haha
That duct tape cape probably holds more sentimental value than anything else! Thanks for sharing! Copperhead drives the moccasin. What was on the opposite wall ?
Yeah that cape is special :) and thanks for the reminder on the Water Mocasin! The opposite wall has the craft cabinet armoire, then a bunch of my wife’s crafting stuff, sewing machine, and some other storage. Plus a closet full of extra figures lol. Check out the Workbench Tour video I just posted.
Nice collection! Finally someone with great display of Kenner figures👌🏼 Can I know how you « fixed » Marvel figures on plastic ? I would like do something similar but don’t know how to do 🫤 Thx for your video 👍🏼
@@djkzam Oh I understand now. The marvel figures are all inside individual plastic display boxes and those boxes are stacked like blocks inside the big display case.
Thanks Michael! I bought the lights at Costco a few years ago 2021?. They are Artika brand, thin LED lights with motion sensors for under cabinet lighting. They daisy chain together which is really nice, and they have a thin profile. Can't find the exact product for sale anywhere now though. Found one on ebay.
@@RedWagonDioramas yep the depth is my problem right now. Currently looking for a 2 inch depth shadow box for my Star Wars : Shadows of the Empire card figures. Been challenging to find nice ones like yours lol Thanks for the info though! :)
@D0NPATR0N11 I actually modded a shadow box to add depth for my carded black series figs. Pulled off the front, added a layer of wood, then reattached the face.
@@RedWagonDioramas ok you're right, sorry. it wasn't really meant in a bad way actually. i didn't want to offend you. i just don't like the repro stuff myself. but as i said it's still a very nice collection and set up.

I like the way you have that TIE Interceptor displayed. Great Idea1
Thanks Dennis. Just a guitar wall mount hanger. Fits well.

Great collection! I can't wait to see what Collection Room 2.0 looks like.
Me too Bruno ;) Right now its just a desk surrounded by mountains of totes and boxes in the basement. So much to do :)
Awesome display and setup! Love the lighting. Really brings everything to life. Taking notes for my pitiful room LOL Thank you for sharing!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
An awesome tour of a super collection, thanks!
Thanks Jeff :)
Great collection. thought your snowspeeder looked good dirty, natural weathering look.
Thanks, Yes it is actually very dirty… dating back to my childhood. I will have to give everything a good cleaning sometime soon!
Nice collection. Have fun moving it.
LOL thanks man. Moving it has not been much fun... still mostly in totes.
Awesome collection 👍
Thank you very much :)
Great video and a very impressive collection
Glad you enjoyed!
I got some 3 dollar buildings from the goodwill, a little painting, and they make good displays.
Yeah amazing what you can do with some of those old Ap kids toys and playsets!
Awesome!

Totally get it. My xwing was unfortunately not fixable :(. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Amazing collection!
Thanks!

Your collection looks really good 👍
SUPER PRO
Thank you!
What’s the size of that first hockey shirt shadow box?? I love that display idea, very clean!!
Thank you! The shadow box is roughly 40” wide by 30” high. Just deep enough to fit the retro figures because their bubbles are so shallow.

I had the holt base. My dad bought in in a charity shop. And i think my mam bined it
So many got thrown away I’m sure.

No it’s not. Just in an acrylic case.

unfortunately a lot of fake stuff you've got there.

1977 star wars you weren't even born 😅
I know... I'm a bit jealous of my friends about 5 years older than me. I do have a memory of going to see Jedi in the theater when I was 5 though.
