take that farm boy Luke and that Wampa , and any other figure that yellowed , put them in a large glass pickle jar , fill it up with some hydrogen peroxide , and put them in direct sun light for 2 to 4 days and watch how white they get .. it works , I have been doing it for years .. plus its fun , its like playing with your figures again ..

It says Imperial Attack Base on the "tin" so why would we put 'Whebels' in it!!?? 😅 I have my childhood complete Base, but unfortunately no room in my SW room Inn for display, due to it mainly being for the "dirty 6 inch scale!" 😢 Wonderful Display! A bit of a childhood dream. ❤

Awesome stuff David! I had the Rebel Command center as well as the Turret and Probot sets and my best friend had the Imperial Attack Base and the Hoth Ice Planet (It was like Land of the Jawas but with an Imperial Walker) sets. Love the mini-rigs as well! Reach out if you want some help with the snowspeeder. I restored mine and had to work on the electronics. It's not too terrible to fix up.

Nice collection/ display David 👍🏻. I never had the AT-AT either and I had a lot of ESB Kenner. Snowspeeder was so neat with the yellow lighted laser cannons.

Great set up. Hoth playset and Battlefront game inspired me to make my own out of the pink insulation foam to enjoy with the black series figures. Snow is tough to replicate. Ice is pretty easy with sharp edges and paint.

Its not what i was expecting he looks meh

Opened mine this morning having ummed and ahhed about keeping it boxed like my previous sdcc exclusives, but decided I wanted another "vehicle." We may get a re-paint of this, but we obviously may not...However, this really is the smallest vehicle ever, and barely registers to me as more than a large accessory tbh. I also had a warped/nearly broken peg on one of the connecting pieces to a footrest as well, which was perturbing, straight from the box. However, I do love the robe though. The hood sits very well, which makes me even more annoyed about that awful plastic thing on Sideous I've yet to experience in the UK yet. The actual Maulio figure is a really good upgrade too.

The Out of the Basement guys were saying Hasbro is testing the waters for future ships by the sales of the bloodfin and the stap speeder. Not sure if that’s true, but it’ll be nice to get some more BS scaled ships/vehicles. Great review David!

Definitely made a purchase of this. It’s the type of offering I want to see more of in the 1:12 scale. Yes more paint would be nice. I’m very happy with figure and speeder works for its purpose. Enjoy your dioramas with the mixed scale and timelines. Great stuff.

Amazing display! Well done! I’ve only been collecting black series for about 3 weeks and I have about 16 figures I think! Not much choice here in Scotland so I’ve bought mostly online but I’m going to New York in just over a weeks time and hoping to pick up a few figures! If only I had the space and skill to build the dioramas like you! 😜😂😂😂

I got a calendar a few years back with similar pictures. I had the same complaint you had with these cards, figures with no accessories. I just felt whomever did the project, did not have a good background in vintage Star Wars, and just phoned it in. Sort of sad the amount of items these pictures have showed up on, that they just did not have better examples of the subjects.

You've done a belting job of putting me off these D!! 😅😅 A very strange offering, especially as it seems they are licensed as well? It does look cool carded though, as a novelty item.

I think it would have given collectors extra incentive to buy the diorama if they included a different Homer. There are a ton of options like he could have been in a robe, his underwear, or even just a different facial expression.
