You really need to move to a different fuse... if there's any kind of power surge or other issue.. you don't want the power steering system effected. Definitely better option to find a non essential function.. sunroof,, radio,, etc. Etc.

I’m sure you could!! I’m not an expert on a winch but the switch panel is a power distributor so it should work. I’ve seen people hook up everything from lights to train horns!!
