I received my QuikR Stuff rack last week and used it several times. My bike is very stable on the rack and it was worth the wait. I gave my old bike rack to a friend of mine and we are both happy. This is by far the best bike rack on the market. Great engineering, great looking and easy to use.
I just got mine. Waited 2 years for it. I am very impressed wirh the quality craftsmanship and engineering of it. Very well thought out. I feel this is a lot better than 1up by far, many improvements made.
I was curious about the quikr addon system and how secure it can be since the pins will have some tolerance to lock the tray on. This definitly wiggles A LOT more than the 1UP system. While off-roading I would not like that movement. I also wish they reduced the tray to tray distance, which is a huge reason I ordered the 1Up Super/Heavy duty as the Quikr is 1.1in longer tray to tray, and a touch over 4 inches longer with 4 trays. Also, I wish both companies drilled 2" holes along the "spine" of the tray to reduce weight. At 22lbs these are more than annoying enough with the weight. Both great trays, this definitely is a touch more convenient with cons of weight and length.,
Just sent an email with a few questions before we place an order. Looks like the best bike rack by far. Is it still a 3-6 month wait? And are we charged when we place the order or when the product ships?

I am sure we already chatted about your questions via email, but just in case, we are still estimating that it could be a 3 to 6 month wait for a rack, but we doubt it. We are finally receiving a huge batch of aluminum in mid-January, and we have regular shipments scheduled after that, so we plan on increasing our speed of production. Also, yes, the full payment is due at the time of ordering, but you are able to ask for a refund any time before the order ships.
how much weight can it hold for each and what is total weight? I have found a few and returned them not because of the weight the clearance of my liftgate on a highlander could not flip the hitch
I'm upgrading to this bike rack compared to the old Saris SuperClamp 4 because of higher weight limit. This rack can do 120lbs with a single tray attached, 240lbs with double tray, and 300lbs with 3 trays, and 180lbs with all 4 trays attached. My SUV can handle 500lbs of tongue weight and I mostly need 1 tray for an ebike 90% and 2 trays for ebikes 10% of the time (only purchased two trays).
@@hussla28 Well. People are now spending $5000 on their mountain bikes and something like an S-Works can be more than $10,000. If you're in the camp and burning money already, why not a $1000 rack?
I haven't seen a hitch mounted bike rack that doesn't shake with 25lbs-100lbs of bikes on it? I like this one because it comes with a tool free anti-rattle hitch mechanism to reduce the shaking. My Saris SuperClamp 4 and older Softride Dura 4 didn't and I had to add an anti-rattle hitch tightener.
A better word would be it looks "Sturdy". My Saris SuperClamp 4 was around 70lbs, extremely hard to handle, took some time to line up the holes for the hitch pin, needed wrenches of different sizes to secure the rack and anti rattle plate, and had a pretty good reach over all 4 bike positions to place the 1st 60 lbs ebike. It is under 30lbs for the Quik Rack hitch attachment and no tools needed, easier to place my ebike with only one rack, and the second rack is about 22lbs.
Cause these style of racks are no good for bikes with fenders. I knew that getting into a 1UP rack. When you have expensive carbon frames and top tubes that slope at an angle like you see with mountain bikes then this style works best.

Concern on center support there is no vertical bar, i have a sondors mxs with a center bar it helps to lock it down while driving.

Also is there locking mechanism or a key would be better to secure it while i go in for groceries or sorts.
Mine dint came with the license plate bracket 8:38 although its the best bike rack I ever have!
