That's wild I just experienced the same thing in Texas here. We got rain and gray skies for basically 3 days straight. It was brutal. Had to bust out the generator and that's with 5kw of panels. I got a couple large batteries I haven't added to the fold yet.
I know you love you separate systems, but I would love to see a house rewire with all the batteries and wiring on one 48v system. I would believe your efficiency would quadruple. Never the less, love the setup.

I have a 47-year-old Dodge Mallard class C we affectionately named Lucy😅 my mantra is functioned before fashion and I have a backup for my backup for my backup.😂 Seriously five complete systems on board yes and it is only 23 ft long😅 sometimes I use a Smart lithium charger to charge up other systems on board that run down a little off of the main system I too have had 2 days of rain and I have to just conserve power usage energy. Yes Lucy turns a lot of heads as we pass and drive away and then I look in the mirror and see them bow their heads to pray.😅

Thought I was watching a Michigan solar forecast for a minute there Bob. On generators, IF they are inverter generators, if their on board battery goes dead, so does the ability to start the generator (at least champion models). Ironically, they now make 7 and 9Ah LiFePO4 batteries for the generator battery.....stay charged. Gary in SE MI

They can get into stuff and make a mess ! got some great pics and video of the pigs. Nice to have plenty of extra ! All that cooking from solar ! Even with all them panels if you had lead battery .they would never keep up ! The efficiency of LiFePO4 is a real game changer . So many great reasons to use them. !
Saturday was a it if a scare for me. We had a friend coming help with some framing but called him off in the morning due to rain forecast. @10:00 am my 2000w array was putting out 175 watts. I left my generators at home so it was a watch and see day. By 2:00 pm the sun was back and I was fully charged by 5:00 pm. I too have a set of batteries (5kwh) fully charged and ready to go just in case.
@@ProjectsinParadise808 62 degrees and in a T-shirt winterizing the barn and shed. Snowmobile is serviced and ready for deer season. Dark at 5pm but still enjoying 4 good hours of charging.
I don't usually let my batteries get that low when the Sun refuses to shine for a day or so, I use Grid power. I hate doing that but sometimes I have to. How many Watts does it take to run your air Fryer?
Try my shoes, I live in my RV during the winter months. I work out of state during the summer. All my shit got stolen this last summer and I'm trying to survive with 2 100w panels and a 35AH deep cycle battery. To add insult to injury, the best I can hope for is 3 hours of charge provided the sun comes out that day. It hasn't for 4 days. Lucky I still had a generator that got missed while I try to replace my losses. It's gonna be a while I had some expensive shit.
and now you have a reason to increase your battery banks.....you could add a battery to each system you had to swap out now that you have seen a real world bottom.

I must admit I do have the option where I am right now to plug into shore power and gloomy days just to keep the batteries up and I have done that a little but if I were out on the road it would be a different story I would have to just conserve energy and give God the glory.
You have way too many separate systems in my opinion.. The inefficiency that all that brings with it is actually hurting you in useable power.. The cost of all those small inverters, batteries and charge controllers add up to more than a well planned system..

Try wind turbine for continuous charging of the batteries in my home area sometimes wind is 24/7
